بررسی پیشگیری از فساد اداری در ایران با چشم انداز اسلامی

یکی از مقوله های مهم در عرصه مسائل ادارات و موسسات دولتی و خصوصی فساد اداری است که همواره مشکلاتی را در سیستم معاملات دولتی ایجاد نموده است. کارکنان دولت یکی از سرمایه های سازمانی در اداره امور کشور هستند که حسن عملکرد آنان در تحقق اهداف سازمان و دولت بسیار مهم و رابطۀ مستقیم با بازدهی بیشتر و مفیدتر و دور شدن از زمینه های تخلف و تخطی کارمند، زمینه ساز پیشرفت خود کارمند و سازمان را در پی دارد.پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی در پی این مهم است که فساد اداری عبارت از استفاده غیرقانونی از اختیارات اداری و دولتی برای تامین منافع شخصی است. این فساد شکلهای گوناگونی داشته که اختلاس، ارتشا و سوءاستفاده از اموال و امکانات دولتی نمونه های شناخته شدهای از آن است. از آنجا که مهمترین سرمایه سیاسی حکومتها اعتماد مردم به حاکمان است و انواع فساد، خصوصاً فساد اداری، این اعتماد را خدشه دار میکند، مقابله با فساد در عرصه اداری ضرورتی انکارناپذیر است. شیوع ارتکاب این فساد در سطح ملی و بین المللی، جامعه جهانی را بر آن داشته تا اقداماتی هماهنگ برای مقابله با آن طراحی کند. ، پیشگیری از فساد اداری در قانون ارتقای سلامت و با نظارت دولت و قوه قضاییه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
