ظرفیت‌ های حمایتی حقوقی در دادگاه‌های منطقه‌ای از گردشگر مذهبی

یکی از انواع گردشگری ‌ها، گردشگری مذهبی است که به دلائل مختلفی از جایگاه ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. چرا که گردشگر مذهبی با توجه به اینکه در برابر آن عقاید مختلف و بعضا حتی معاندی وجود دارد، که این امر نشات گرفته از باورهای مذهبی آنان بوده، آنچنان که علاوه بر مال، جان آنان را نیز به مخاطره می اندازد. حال هدف از این پژوهش ضمن بررسی ظرفیت‌های موجود حقوقی و قابلیت های که در قواعد و ضوابط دادگاه‌های منطقه‌ای حاکم است، مشخص گردد آیا امکان حمایت از گردشگر مذهبی با ارائه دادخواست های حقوقی و یا ارائه شکایات کیفری وجود دارد یا خیر؟ دراین مقاله به منظور رسیدن به هدف از روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی استفاده شده است. نهایتا نیز نتایج این تحقیق با بیان و تشریح قواعد و ضوابط حاکم بر دادگاه‌های منطقه‌ای نشان داد، که گردشگر مذهبی و یا دولتمردان آنان با استفاده از ظرفیت‌های حقوقی و کیفری در قالب قواعد وضوابط حاکم بر دادگاه‌های منطقه‌ای قادرند بسیاری از تنش‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی در جهان را نه تنها کاهش داده، بلکه موجبات احیاءبخشی از حقوق تضییع شده و همچنین پیشگیری از تکرار موضوعات مشابه در آتی را فراهم نمایند.

one of the types of tourism is religious tourism, which has a special place for various reasons. because religious tourism, considering that there are different opinions and sometimes even objections against it, which originates from their religious beliefs, so that in addition to their money, it also puts their lives at risk..now, the purpose of this research is to examine the existing legal capacities and the capabilities that prevail in the rules and regulations of the regional courts. it should be determined whether it is possible to support religious tourists by submitting legal petitions or submitting criminal complaints or not? in this article, in order to achieve the goal, a descriptive analytical research method has been used. finally, the results of this research showed by stating and explaining the rules and regulations governing the regional courts. that religious tourists or their statesmen, by using their legal and criminal capacities in the form of rules and regulations governing regional courts, are able to not only reduce many political and economic tensions in the world, rather, they should provide the means to restore the violated rights and also prevent the repetition of similar issues in the future.
