فرایند و ساختار حکمرانی‌ تربیتی‌ در پرتو تفاسیر اجتماعی معاصر

هدف و پرسش پژوهش: اصلاح جامعه یکی از مهم‌ترین مسئولیت‌های حکمرانان است. انجام این مسئولیت به وجود ساختار تربیتی ‌و اِعمال راهبردها و فرایندهای مدیریتی بر اساس شاخصه‌های قرآن به عنوان فصل الخطاب جوامع اسلامی نیازمند است. از سوی دیگر، برای اصلاح جامعه حکمرانان باید از صلاحیت و شایستگی‌های لازم برخوردار باشند. بر این اساس، هدف اصلی این پژوهش پاسخگویی به این سوال مهم است که: فرایند مدیریت و ساختار حکمرانی تربیتی بر اساس تفاسیر اجتماعی معاصر چگونه است؟روش پژوهش: این پژوهش با روش‌ ترکیبی ‌تحلیلی- توصیفی‌و روش‌تفسیرموضوعی با اقتباس از روش تفسیر موضوعی استنطاقی شهید صدر، انجام شد.یافته‌ها و نتایج پژوهش: با توجه به این که قرآن گنجی است که مفسران در پی استخراج گنجینه‌های آن هستند، یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است تفاسیر دیدگاه‌های قرآن را پیرامون فرآیند مدیریت در حکمرانی تربیتی که شامل برنامه‌ریزی، تصمیم‌گیری، سازماندهی و نظارت است را بیان کرده‌اند. این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که قرآن با الگو قرار دادن پیامبران به تفصیل ویژگی‌های حکمرانان را شرح داده است. در نهایت معلوم شد مدیریت ساختار نظام تربیتی از وظایف حکمرانی تربیتی است که در این‌ راستا وظیفه گزینش، رسیدگی به امور و نظارت بر آن‌ها و در صورت مشاهده تخلف برخورد با آن‌ها را بر عهده دارد.

aim and research question: reforming society is one of the most important responsibilities of rulers. carrying out this responsibility requires the existence of an educational structure and the implementation of management strategies and processes based on the indicators of the qur'an as the chapter of the speech of islamic societies. on the other hand، in order to reform the society، the rulers must have the necessary qualifications and skills. therefore، the main goal of this research is to answer this important question: what is the management process and structure of educational governance based on contemporary social interpretations?research method: this barosh research was a combination of analytical-descriptive and thematic interpretation method by adapting the inferential thematic interpretation method of shahid sadr.findings and results of the research: considering that the qur'an is a treasure that commentators seek to extract its treasures، the findings of the research indicate that they have expressed the interpretations of the views of the qur'an regarding the management process in educational governance، which includes planning، decision-making، organization and supervision. these findings show that the qur'an has described in detail the characteristics of the rulers by setting the example of the prophets. finally، it turned out that the management of the structure of the educational system is one of the duties of the educational governance، which in this regard is responsible for the selection، dealing with matters and monitoring them and dealing with them if violations are observed.
