چارچوب مولفه‌هایِ ّنظریّۀ عدالت در قرآن کریم به روش فراترکیب

دربارۀ چیستی، چرایی و چگونگی عدالت، نظر ّیات گونا گونی مطرح شده است. قرآن‌پژوهان نیز تلاش داشته‌اند در آثار خود، نظر ّیۀ قرآنی عدالت را ترسیم کنند. هدف از این مقاله، دستیابی به پاسخ این سوال است که نظر ّیۀ عدالت از دیدگاه قرآن کریم، دارای چه مولفه‌ها، عناصر و مفاهیمی است؟ با روش فراترکیب، آثار عدالت‌پژوهان قرآنی و مفسران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بر پایۀ یافته‌ها، روشن شد که مبانیِِ عدالت، چیستیِ عدالت، عدالت اقتصادی، عدالت اجتماعی، عدالت سیاسی و بازخورد عدالت از جمله مهم‌ترین مولفه‌هایی است که چارچوب نظر ّیۀ عدالت را شکل می‌دهند. سایر عناصر و مفاهیمِ نظر ّیۀ عدالت در هر یک از این مولفه‌ها جای می‌گیرند. نوآوری این مقاله، از یک سو، روشمندی آن است و از سوی دیگر، به دست دادن مدلی پایه و زمینه‌سازی برای نظریه‌پردازی در باب عدالت از دیدگاه قرآن کریم است. نتیجه آن‌که این مدل، شاخصی روشمند برای بررسی و نقد نظرات و نظر ّیات قرآنیِ عدالت و نشان دادن ضعف‌ها و قوت‌های آن‌هاست.

the framework of the components of the theory of justice in the holy qur'an in a meta synthesis

various theories have been proposed about what, why and how justice is. quranic scholars have also tried to draw the quranic theory of justice in their works. the purpose of this article is to obtain the components of the theory of justice from the perspective of the holy quran based on the opinions of commentators. the problem pursued in this research is what components, elements and concepts does the theory of justice have from the perspective of the holy quran? theworks of the qur'anic scholars and commentators were examined with the method of meta synthesis. based on the findings, it became clear that the basics of justice, what is justice, economic justice, social justice, political justice and feedback of justice are among the most important components that form the framework of the theory of justice. other elements and concepts of justice theory are included in each of these components. the innovation of this article, on theone hand, is its methodology, and on the other hand, it is the acquisition of a basic model and foundation for theorizing about justice from the perspective of the holy quran. as a result, this model is a methodical indicator for examining and criticizing quranic opinions and theories of justice and showing their strengths and weaknesses.
