تحلیل رویکرد محققان اروپایی به مضامین آیات زنانه در قرآن (با تمرکز به آیات مربوط به زنان)

حقوق فردی و اجتماعی زنان همواره محل نزاع در جامعه بشری بوده و در برهه‌هایی از زمان، این نزاع بروز و ظهور بیشتری داشته است. این موضوع از دریچه‌های مختلف دینی و اجتماعی و... مورد بحث و فحص بوده و دین ستیزان و دین ناشناسان، چنین القاء نموده‌اند که ادیان به طور عام و اسلام به طور خاص نسبت به حقوق فردی و اجتماعی زنان بی توجه و حتی دارای قصور است. از طرف دیگر در پی جنبش‌های زنانه به جهت احقاق حقوق زنان، مستشرقان، متون مقدس دینی از جمله قرآن را بازخوانی کرده و به مباحثی همچون: جایگاه و حقوق اجتماعی و سیاسی و اقتصادی زنان و مسائلی از قبیل: خلقت زن، قوامیت، تعدد زوجات و... از منظر قرآن پرداخته‌‌اند. گرچه اختلاف آرا بین ایشان وجود دارد؛ اما جریان فکری غالب آنان، قرآن را متنی احیاگر حقوق زنان و عاری از هرگونه نگاه جنسیتی و سلطه‌‌گری مردانه و تحقیرآمیز نسبت به زنان دانسته و تلاش می‌کنند تا به هر طریق ممکن، سایۀ سلطۀ مردان را از زنان حذف نمایند . مستشرقان بر این باورند که ترجمه ها و تفاسیر مردسالارانه با نظام تساوی جنسیتی در قرآن مخالفت دارد و غالباً معتقدند که قرآن با حضور زنان در همۀ ابعاد اجتماعی و سیاسی و رهبری آنان موافق است، گرچه گاهی در برداشت آیات دچار کج فهمی شده‌اند که از دلایل آن عدم دسترسی به منابع و آرا عالمان شیعه و نبود روش علمی و تفسیری است؛ لذا تبیین و بسط آراء اندیشمندان شیعی، می‌‌تواند بسیاری از ابهامات دربارۀ نگرش اسلام به زنان را بزداید. این مقاله ضمن تبیین و نقد آرا مستشرقان، نظرات مفسران شیعی را به ‌عنوان فصل‌‌الخطاب و مصحح آرا بیان می‌‌کند.

analysis of the approach of european researchers to the themes of women's verses in the qur'an (focusing on the verses related to women)

the individual and social rights of women have always been a source of conflict in human society, and at some points in time, this conflict has become more apparent. this issue has been discussed and analyzed from different religious and social perspectives, and anti religionists and religious unknowns have suggested that religions in general and islam in particular are indifferent and even deficient towards the individual and social rights of women. on the other hand, following women's movements in order to achieve women's rights, orientalists have re read the holy religious texts, including the qur'an, and discussed topics such as: the position and social, political and economic rights of women and issues such as: the creation of a woman, consistency of men towards women, and polygamy etc. from the perspective of the qur'an. although there is a difference of opinion between them; however, their dominant thought process considers the qur'an as a text that revives women's rights and is free from any gender perspective and male domination and humiliation towards women, and they try to remove the shadow of male domination from women in every possible way. orientalists believe that patriarchal translations and interpretations are against the system of gender equality in the qur'an and they often believe that the qur'an agrees with the presence of women in all social and political dimensions and their leadership, although sometimes they have misunderstood the verses due to the reason like the lack of access to the sources and opinions of shia scholars and the lack of scientific and interpretive methods; therefore, explainingand expanding the opinions of shia thinkers can remove many ambiguities about islam's attitude towards women. this article, while explaining and criticizing the opinions of the orientalists, expresses the opinions of shiite commentators as a chapter of al khattab and correcting opinions.
