احمد قابل و تفسیر اجتماعی قرآن کریم (مطالعۀ موردی آیات ارث، قوّامیت و پوشش)

احمد قابل یکی از نواندیشان دینی معاصر در ایران است که با توجه به مبنای آرا و اندیشه‌هایش می‌توان او را یکی از طرفداران گرایش نواعتزالی دانست. او در استنباط احکام فقهی کارکرد ویژه‌ای برای عقل مستقل قائل است و با تکیه بر عقل‌گرایی و مبانی خاص خود، در مسائل فقهی گوناگون آرای خاصی را درخصوص مسائل بانوان مسلمان ارائه داده است. از جمله؛ امکان تغییر نسبت ارث زن و مرد درصورت تغییر عمومی کلیۀ مناسبات اقتصادی خانواده و عدم وجوب پوشش سر و گردن زنان. در پژوهش حاضر به روش توصیفی تحلیلی مبانی فقهی احمد قابل استخراج و برخی آرای او درمورد مسائل بانوان بررسی و نقد شده است. این نتیجه حاصل شد که برخی آرای احمد قابل درخصوص مسائل زنان که تحت تاثیر پیش‌فرض‌ها و مبانی نواعتزالی اوست، قابل نقد و بازبینی است و از سوی دیگر برخی آرای او هم‌چون رای بر عدم برتری مردان بر مبنای قوّامیت آنان، موافق با قرآن و سیرۀ حضرت رسول(ص) است و تایید می‌شود.

ahmad ghabel and the social interpretation of the holy quran (a case study of the verses of inheritance, stability and covering)

ahmad ghabel is one of the modern religious thinkers in iran, who can be considered as one of the supporters of neo etezali trend based on the basis of his opinions and ideas. in the derivation of jurisprudence, he attaches a special function to the independent intellect, and relying on his rationalism and special foundations, he has presented special opinions regarding the issues of muslim women in various jurisprudential issues. including; the possibility of changing the ratio of inheritance between men and women in the event of a general change in the economic relations of the family and the absence of the obligation to cover the head and neck of women. in the present research, by descriptive analytical method, ahmad's jurisprudential foundations can be extracted and some of his views on women's issues have been examined and criticized. the result was that some of ahmad ghabel's opinions regarding women's issues, which are influenced by his presuppositions and neo etezali foundations, can be criticized and revised, and on the other hand, some of his opinions, such as the opinion on the non superiority of men based on their stature, it is in agreement with the qur'an and the life of the prophet (pbuh) andis confirmed.
