تعامل مفسّران و مترجمان قرآن با آیات موهِم تبعیض و تفضیل جنسیت در مناسبات خانوادگی و اجتماعی

قوّت تفاسیر و ترجمه‌های قرآن را باید در ترجمه آیات متشابه و نیز آیات مشکلِ قرآن جستجو کرد. ازجمله این آیات، آیات موهِم تبعیض و تفضیل مردان بر زنان است که مهم‌ترین آن‌ها ذیل آیات 34 سوره نساء (آیه قوّامیّت و تفضیل مردان و ضربِ زنان)، آیه 32 سوره نساء (آیه تمنّی)، آیه 228 سوره بقره (آیه درجه) و نیز آیه 36 سوره نساء (درباره ولادت حضرت مریم (س)) در تفاسیر و ترجمه‌ها مطرح شده است. نگاهی به تفاسیر و ترجمه‌های قرآن کریم ذیل این آیات نشان می‌دهد که مفسّران و مترجمان قرآن با چالش‌های فراوانی در تفسیر و ترجمه این آیات مواجه شده‌اند. در این مقاله تلاش شده است به روش تحلیلی – توصیفی و نوآورانه، با مراجعه به ریشه واژگان و مسائل دقیق نحوی اعرابی و نیز با توجه به فضای سیاق و با نگاهی فراجنسیتی به این دست آیات، ضمن نقد چالش‌های تفاسیر و ترجمه‌های قرآن، ترجمه‌ای دقیق از این آیات ارائه گردد.

the strength of the qur'anic exegeses and translations should be sought in the translation of the metaphorical and likewise، the ambiguous verses of the qur'an. among these are the verses that portray discrimination and superiority of men over women، the most significant of which are، verse 34 of qur'an 4 [i.e.، the verse of maintenance، the superiority of men and beating of women]; verse 32 of qur'an 4 [i.e.، the verse of craving]، verse 228 of qur'an 2 [the verse of rank] and the verse 36 of qur'an 4 [which is about the birth of hazrat maryam (pbuh)] have been mentioned in the qur'anic exegeses and the translations. a survey of the qur'anic exegeses and translations، under these verses، shows that the qur'anic exegetes and the translators of the qur'an have faced many challenges in the interpretation and translation of these verses. in this article، an attempt has been made to provide an accurate translation of these verses، using an analytical descriptive and innovative way، by referring to the root of the terms and exact syntactical and arabic issues and considering the context and with a trans gender view of such verses، while criticizing the challenges of the qur'anic exegeses and the translations.
