نقد و تحلیل ادلۀ درون دینی مهدی بازرگان در نفی حکمرانی دینی

ضرروت طرح مسالۀ حکمرانی به نحو عام و حکمرانی دینی به نحوِ خاص، از مسائل اجتناب ناپذیر دنیای امروز است. با ظهور انقلاب اسلامی و مسائل و اتفاقات پیرامون آن، اثبات و نفی مسالۀ حکمرانی دینی با یکی از دو رهیافت درون و برون دینی و یا هر دوی آنها مورد اهتمام جدی بسیاری اندیشمندان قرار گرفت. مهدی بازرگان از جمله اندیشمندانی است که در دو دورۀ از حیات فکری خویش – به ترتیب – دو رویکرد متفاوت را برگزید. وی با تمسک به رهیافت درون دینی، ابتدا از رهگذر بیان قلمرو دین و رسالت پیامبران، به اثبات حکمرانی دینی پرداخت و بعدها – به علل مختلف با تمسک به همان رهیافت به نفی آن مبادرت ورزید. امروز پس از گذشت چهل سال و اندی از انقلاب اسلامی هنوز شاهدیم که برخی از اندیشوران با تمسک به ادلۀ امثال بازرگان، از نفی حکمرانی دینی سخن می رانند؛ لذا بازخوانی و نقدِ ادلۀ این دست از افراد با روش استدلالیِ برگرفته از متن قرآن و سنت، برای تنویر و تعمیق افکار، به غایت ضروری به نظر می رسد. نوشتار حاضر با اخذ رهیافت درون دینی؛ اعم از ادلۀ نقلی و شواهد تاریخی و به شیوۀ توصیفی تحلیلی به خلاف بازرگان و همفکران او، به نتایجی خلاف نتایج وی در باب قلمرو دین دست یافته، بر این باور است که حکمرانی دینی دقیقاً داخل در قلمرو دین تعریف می گردد. شیوۀ گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش کتابخانه ای می باشد.

criticism and analysis of mahdi bazargan's intra religious evidence on the negation of religious rule

the need to raise the issue of governance in general and religious governance in particular is one of the inevitable issues in today's world. with the emergence of the islamic revolution and the issues and events surrounding it، the proof and negation of the issue of religious rule with one of the two approaches، internal and external، or both of them، has been the subject of serious attention by many thinkers. mehdi bazargan is one of the thinkers who chose two different approaches in two periods of his intellectual life، respectively. by insisting on the intra religious approach، he first tried to prove the religious rule by explaining the realm of religion and the mission of the prophets، and later for various reasons by insisting on the same approach، he tried to deny it. today، after 40 years of the success of the islamic revolution، we still see that some thinkers insist on the arguments of the likes of bazargan، and discuss the negation of religious rule. therefore، re reading and criticizing the arguments of such people with the reasoning method taken from the text of the qur'an and the sunnah، in order to enlighten and deepen the thoughts، seems extremely necessary. the present article uses an intra religious approach; both through narrative and historical evidence and in a descriptive and analytical way، contrary to bazargan and his like minded people، he has reached outcomes contrary to his conclusions about the realm of religion and believes that religious rule is precisely defined within the realm of religion. the method of data collection in this research is a library.
