تبیین شایستگی‌های لازم فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشکده‌های معماری در حرفهٔ تخصصی براساس مدل شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای

هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، تبیین شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز فارغ‌التحصیلان دانشکده‌های معماری در حرفهٔ تخصصی براساس مدل شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای است. این مدل، چهارچوبی است برای تعریف شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز برای  شغل. روش تحقیق این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی تحلیلی است و در روند پژوهش، پس از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای، مولفه‌های شایستگی معماران جمع‌آوری و توسط تعدادی از خبرگان با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی تکمیل و تایید شد، سپس این مولفه‌ها با استفاده از مدل شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای در چهار دستهٔ فنی، فردی، اجتماعی و روش‌شناسی دسته‌بندی شدند. جامعهٔ آماری پژوهش، تعداد 153 شرکت مهندسین مشاور با صلاحیت ساختمان‌های آموزشی، مسکونی است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و به روش تصادفی، تعداد 109 مورد از آن‌ها انتخاب و پرسش‌نامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. در ادامه برای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزارهای spss و amos استفاده شد. پرسش‌نامه با مقیاس لیکرت، حاوی 43 سوال برگرفته از مولفه‌های مدنظر، بین آن‌ها توزیع و تکمیل شد. با توجه به یافته‌ها، ابعاد شایستگی‌های فنی و تکنیکی، فردی و روش‌شناسی، در حرفهٔ معماری با ضریب تاثیر 0/532،0/328 و 0/236 بیشترین تاثیرات را در حرفهٔ معماری داشته است و کمترین اثرگذاری مربوط به شایستگی اجتماعی با ارزش 0/196 است. بنابراین، شایستگی فنی و تکنیکی بیشترین میزان اهمیت را در موفقیت شغلی فارغ‌التحصیلان رشتهٔ معماری داراست.

explaining the competencies required for architecture graduates in their professional field based on the professional competency model

the primary aim of this study is to define the competencies required for architecture graduates in their professional field based on the professional competency model. this model provides a framework for defining the competencies necessary for various businesses and occupations. the research method employed in this study is descriptive-analytical. initially, a comprehensive literature review was conducted to gather the key competencies of architects. these competencies were refined and validated by a panel of experts using the delphi technique. subsequently, the competencies were categorized into four groups: technical, individual, social, and methodological, based on the professional competency model. the statistical population of this study comprised 153 consulting engineering firms specializing in educational and residential buildings. using cochran’s formula and a random sampling method, 109 firms were selected, and a researcher-designed questionnaire was administered. for data analysis, structural equation modeling (sem) was applied using spss and amos software. the questionnaire, based on a likert scale, comprised 43 items derived from the identified competencies and was distributed among the participants. the findings indicate that technical, individual and methodological competencies had the highest impact on the architectural profession, with impact coefficients of 0.532, 0.328, and 0.236, respectively. social competencies had the least influence, with a value of 0.196. therefore, technical competencies are the most critical factors in the career success of architecture graduates.
