بررسی عوامل فیزیکی موثر در معماری داخلی کتابخانه‌های عمومی با رویکرد ارتقای رضایتمندی مراجعان (نمونۀ موردی: کتابخانۀ مدیا در ‌فرانسه)

پژوهش پیش‌رو با هدف شناسایی مولفه‌های معماری داخلی موثر در رضایت مندی مراجعان به‌منظور استفاده در زمینۀ طراحی و ساخت کتابخانه‌های کارآمد و پویا انجام شده است. این پژوهش به‌لحاظ ماهیت، کیفی و به‌لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. در گام اول، با مرور مبانی نظری ازطریق مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی، مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های موثر در طراحی معماری داخلی کتابخانه‌های عمومی استخراج و درنهایت به مدل مفهومی منتج شده است. در گام دوم، کتابخانۀ مدیا، به‌منزلة نمونه‌ای موفق، براساس مدل مفهومی تحلیل و نتایج در قالب جدول ارائه شده است. یافته‌ها بیانگر آن است که عوامل کالبدی موثر در افزایش رضایتمندی کاربران در فضای کتابخانه‌های عمومی شامل رنگ، نور، طبیعت، عناصر و تجهیزات، نوع و چیدمان مبلمان، دما و تهویۀ مناسب، مصالح و بافت و دسترسی است و در نمونۀ بررسی‌شده، به‌ترتیب اولویت، به شاخص‌های رنگ، نور، مصالح و بافت، دسترسی، چیدمان مبلمان و ارتباط با طبیعت توجه شده است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که کتابخانۀ مدیا، درحکم فضایی اجتماعی، انعطاف‌پذیر و زیبا، ظرفیت‌هایی از لحاظ بصری دارد و کالبد بی‌نظیرش به علت توجه به ویژگی‌های فیزیکی معماری داخلی همچون نور، رنگ و ارتباط با طبیعت مشهور است. کتابخانۀ مدیا، با داشتن امکاناتی همچون فضای مطالعۀ باز و متعدد و فضای بازی کودکان، راه را برای حضور بانوان و همۀ شهروندان هموارتر ساخته و با افزایش رضایتمندی در مخاطبان به مکانی حضورپذیر تبدیل شده است.

investigating the affective physical factors in the interior design of public libraries with the client’s satisfaction approach, case study: media library of france

the current research was conducted to identify the internal architecture components effective in clients’ satisfaction to be used in designing and building efficient and dynamic libraries. this research is qualitative in nature and practical in terms of purpose. in the first step, by reviewing the theoretical foundations through library and documentation studies, the effective components, and indicators in the design of the internal architecture of public libraries have been extracted and resulted in the presentation of a conceptual model. in the second step, the media library as a successful example was analyzed based on the conceptual model, and the results were presented in the table format. the findings show that the physical factors affecting the increase of users’ satisfaction in public libraries include color, light, nature, elements and equipment, type and arrangement of furniture, proper temperature and ventilation, materials and texture, and access, and in the studied sample, in the order of priority, indicators of color, light, materials and texture, accessibility, furniture arrangement and connection with nature have been considered. the present research results show that the media library has the potential as a social, flexible, visually beautiful space. its unique body is famous due to its attention to the physical characteristics of interior architecture, such as light, color, connection with nature, etc. by considering open and numerous reading spaces and children’s play spaces, the media library has paved the way for the presence of women and all citizens. by improving audience satisfaction, it has become a more attended place.
