تاثیر رنگ در آرامش محیطی فضاهای داخلی بیمارستان روانی کودکان از دیدگاه کاربران (نمونۀ موردی: بخش اطفال بیمارستان اعصاب و روان روزبه)

فضایی که کودکان در آن بستری می‌شوند ازجمله فضاهایی است که در حالت روحی و روانی آن‌ها تاثیر می‌گذارد. کودکان بیمار به‌نسبت بزرگ‌سالان حساس‌تر و زودرنج‌ترند؛ پس طراحی داخلی فضای درمانی‌ای که کودک در آن بستری است باید به‌‌گونه‌ای باشد که آرامش محیطی را در ‌فضا فراهم کند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی پالت رنگی مناسب برای افزایش آرامش محیطی در فضاهای درمانی کودکان از منظر کاربران (کودکان بیمار، مادران همراه و پرستاران) است. به‌منظور دستیابی به این هدف، در این پژوهش با درپیش‌گرفتن رویکردی کیفی، از روش مردم‌نگاری بهره گرفته شده است. روش نمونه‌گیری این پژوهش هدفمند و جامعۀ آماری را کودکان بستری در بخش اطفال بیمارستان اعصاب و روان بیمارستان روزبه و مادران همراه آن‌ها و همچنین پرستاران بخش مربوطه تشکیل می‌دهند. در بخش مربوط به مادران و پرستاران، داده‌ها ازطریق انجام مصاحبه‌های عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته به‌دست آمده‌اند، اما به‌سبب دشواری‌های دسترسی به کودکان و مصاحبه با آنان، برگه‌‌های رنگ‌آمیزی، که دربردارنده‌ی تصاویر سه‌بعدی خام از فضاهای بخش اطفال بود، در اختیار آنان قرار گرفت. یافته‌های این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که رنگ‌هایی که با سفید تضعیف شده‌اند پسند مادران و رنگ‌های سرد برای پرستاران آرامش‌‍‌بخش‌ترند. کودکان نیز علاقه‌مندند که از رنگ‌های شاد و ملایم در فضاهای بیمارستان استفاده شود. درنهایت سعی شده است پالت‌های رنگی مدنظر از میان داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده استخراج و ارائه شوند.

the effect of color on the environmental comfort of the interior spaces of the children’s mental hospital from the users’ point of viewcase example: children’s department of rouzbe neurological and psychiatric hospital

the space where children are hospitalized is one of the spaces that affects their mental state. a sick child is more sensitive and irritable than adults, so the interior design of the treatment space where the child is hospitalized can be such that it creates a peaceful environment in the space. the main goal of this research is to identify the appropriate color palette to increase environmental comfort in children’s treatment spaces from the perspective of users (sick children, accompanying mothers and nurses). in order to achieve this goal, this research has used the ethnography method by adopting a qualitative approach. the sampling method of this research was targeted and the statistical population was children admitted to the pediatric department of the neuropsychiatric hospital of rouzbeh hospital and their accompanying mothers as well as the nurses of the relevant department. in the section related to mothers and nurses, data has been obtained through in-depth semi-structured interviews. but in the case of children, due to the difficulties of access and interview, coloring sheets containing raw 3d images of the spaces of the children’s department were provided to them for coloring. the findings of this research indicate that colors that are weakened by white are liked by mothers and cold colors are more relaxing for nurses. children are also interested in using happy and gentle colors in hospital spaces. finally, it has been tried to extract and present the desired color palette from the obtained data.
