پیشگیری از جرم با ارائۀ راهکارهای طراحی محیطی نمونۀ موردی: محلۀ آبکوه در مشهد

ایجاد امنیت به‌وسیلۀ طراحی یکی از موثرترین و کاراترین رویکردها در زمینۀ ارتقای امنیت شهری است که نقش بسزایی در ایمن‌سازی فضاهای شهری ایفا می‌نماید. یکی از انواع راهبردها در این زمینه «پیشگیری از جرم از طریق طراحی محیطی» است. این مفهوم ساده مبتنی بر این است که جرم تا اندازه‌ای پیامد فرصت‌های برخاسته از محیط است و در این صورت، باید دگرگونی محیط فیزیکی به‌منظور کاستن از ارتکاب آن امکان‌پذیر شود. هدف از انجام این پژوهش معرفی روش‌های پیشگیری از جرم از طریق طراحی محیط و ارائۀ راهکارهای طراحی است که به دنبال افزایش امنیت، توسعۀ شهری و کاهش فرصت‌های مجرمانه به‌دست می‌آید. اطلاعات پژوهش با روش اسنادی و کتابخانه‌ای و مشاهدۀ میدانی ‌جمع‌آوری شده است. در تحلیل اطلاعات از روش سوات و در ارائۀ برنامه از شیوۀ مشکل‌یابی کمک گرفته شده و راهبردها و سیاست‌ها بر پایۀ مدل gosp ارائۀ شده است. نتایج بیانگر آن است که با حمایت از فعالیت‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی، امکان نظارت طبیعی، تعمیر و نگه‌داری تجهیزات شهری و زیباسازی فضا، بهره‌گیری مرکب از فضاها، توجه ویژه به بافت‌های فرسودۀ شهری و نوسازی آن‌ها و افزایش مشارکت عمومی می‌توان جرم‌خیزی فضاهای شهری را کاهش داد.

crime prevention by providing environmental design solutions (case study: abkooh neighborhood in mashhad)

the security approach through design is one of the most effective and efficient approaches to promoting urban security that can significantly secure urban spaces. one of the types of crime prevention strategies is &crime prevention through environmental design.& environmental crime prevention is based on the simple notion that crime is, to some extent, a consequence of opportunities arising from the environment. in this case, the transformation of the physical environment must be possible to reduce crime acquisition. this study aims to identify the role of crime prevention methods through environmental design that seeks to increase security and urban development and reduce criminal opportunities. the research data were collected through documentary, library, and field observation methods. the swot method has been used in information analysis, the problem-finding technique has been used, and strategies and policies based on the gosp model have been used to present the program. the results indicate support for social and economic activities, the possibility of natural monitoring, maintenance of urban equipment and beautification of space, combined use of areas, exceptional attention to the old urban textures, and renovation. increasing public participation can reduce crime in urban spaces.
