تحلیل و بررسی مولفه‎‏های متعالی فضای ‎‏خانۀ سالمندان با محوریت ارتقا و تعالی احساس دلبستگی به مکان

معماری پدیده‎‏‎‏ای در ارتباط با انسان است و باید متناسب با وی محقق شود، ازاین‎‏رو پرداختن به موضوع فضای متعالی انسان، به‎‏منزلۀ معرفت پایه در این دانش، انکارناپذیر می‎‏نماید. از سویی، ازآنجاکه تعریف از انسان سالمند و تلقیات از وی گاه بسیار متفاوت می‎‏نماید، تفاوت در درک از معماری متعالی نیز بسیار طبیعی خواهد بود. هر جامعه زمانی از نشاط و سرزندگی برخوردار خواهد بود که شهروندان آن سلامت روانی و جسمی مطلوبی داشته باشند. از این منظر، در مقالۀ پیش رو به شناخت ماهیت فضای ‎‏خانۀ سالمندان پرداخته شده و رابطۀ این شناخت از معماری با مولفه‎‏های گوناگون احساس دلبستگی از مکان بازشناسی شده است که به مرتبه‎‏بندی طراحی معماری متناسب با ساختار فضایی می‎‏انجامد. بنابراین، هدف از این پژوهش بررسی پارامترهای احساس دلبستگی به مکان در ‎‏خانۀ سالمندان است تا بتوان ساختار فضایی مناسب و متعالی برای سالمندان ایجاد کرد. اطلاعات لازم برای پژوهش با مصاحبه و بررسی اسناد و مدارک گردآوری شده و داده‎‏های به‎‏دست‎‏آمده با روش همبستگی تحلیل و بررسی شده است. نتیجه به‎‏دست‎‏آمده از این پژوهش بدین رهنمون می‎‏سازد که طراحی فضایی بر پایۀ مولفه‎‏های متعالی احساس دلبستگی به مکان در طراحی سبب افزایش امید به زندگی، کاهش افسردگی و افزایش رضایتمندی سالمند از محیط می‎‏شود.

analysis of the transcendent parameters of the old age home space with a focus on promotion and excellence of the sense of attachment to the place

architecture is a phenomenon related to man and must be realized by him, so addressing the subject of the transcendent space of man as the basic knowledge in this knowledge is undeniable. on the other hand, since the definition of the older man and his perceptions of him sometimes seem very different, the difference in understanding transcendent architecture will also be very natural. every society will have vitality and vitality when its citizens enjoy good mental and physical health. from this perspective, the present article recognizes the nature of the old age home space and recognizes the relationship between this knowledge of architecture and various parameters of a sense of attachment to the place; as a result, this leads to the ranking of architectural design by the spatial structure. therefore, this study investigates the parameters of the sense of attachment to the place in the old age home to create a suitable and transcendent spatial design for the elderly. the necessary information for this research has been collected through interviews and reviewing documents, and the obtained data have been analyzed using the correlation method. this research leads to the fact that spatial design based on the transcendent components of the sense of attachment to the place in the plan increases life expectancy, reduces depression, and increases the elderly satisfaction with the environment.
