توسعه و پایداری مشاغل خرد مددجویان کمیته امداد امام خمینی (ره)؛ ارزیابی عوامل موثر

 پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل موثر بر پایدارسازی مشاغل خرد (مددجویان کمیته امداد امام خمینی (ره) شهرستان نیمروز) می باشد. برای این منظور، مشاهدات، مصاحبه‌های حضوری و داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از پرسشنامه‌های تحقیق در جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه با استفاده از روش‌های آماری مورد تجزیه‌ و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مددجویان کمیته امام خمینی (ره) شهرستان نیمروز استان سیستان و بلوچستان هستند تشکیل می‌دهد که در بخش کارآفرینی و کسب‌وکار، فعال می‌باشند و در بازه سنی 20 تا 50 سال قرار دارند، می‌باشند. روش تحقیق حاضر، از نوع آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) است و از لحاظ هدف تحقیق، اکتشافی-کاربردی می‌باشد. در این تحقیق از آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی برای تجزیه ‌و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده‌شده است. برای تحلیل داده‌های کیفی از نرم‌افزار مکس کیو دی‌ای و برای تحلیل داده‌های کمی از آزمون آماری متناسب با سوالات (تی تک نمونه‌ای و فریدمن)، در نرم‌افزار spss استفاده ‌شده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد، عوامل موثر بر پایدارسازی مشاغل خرد (مددجویان کمیته امداد امام خمینی (ره) شهرستان نیمروز) شامل 5 بعد اصلی، عوامل مالی، اجتماعی، سازمانی، زیست‌محیطی و محیطی است که از این میان، عوامل مالی، اولین و مهم‌ترین عامل پایداری مشاغل خرد است و پس‌ از آن، عوامل سازمانی، محیطی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی در رتبه‌های بعدی قرار دارند. در بین مقوله‌های فرعی «عوامل مالی موثر بر پایداری مشاغل خرد»، استقلال مالی، بیشترین تکرار را داشته است. در بین مقوله‌های فرعی «عوامل اجتماعی موثر بر پایداری مشاغل خرد»، تعاملات اجتماعی، بیشترین تکرار را داشته است.

development and stability of micro-businesses for the beneficiaries of the imam khomeini relief committee (ra); evaluation of effective factors

the purpose of this research is to identify and rank the effective factors on the stabilization of micro-businesses (recipients of the imam khomeini relief committee (ra) in nimroz city). for this purpose, observations, face-to-face interviews and data obtained from research questionnaires in the studied community were analyzed using statistical methods. the statistical population of this research consists of all the clients of the imam khomeini (ra) committee of nimroz city, sistan and baluchistan province, who are active in the field of entrepreneurship and business and are in the age range of 20 to 50 years. the current research method is of mixed type (quantitative and qualitative) and in terms of the research goal, it is exploratory-applied. in this research, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. maxqda software was used for qualitative data analysis and statistical test corresponding to the questions (sample test and friedman) was used in spss software for quantitative data analysis. the results of the research show that the factors affecting the stabilization of micro-businesses (recipients of the imam khomeini relief committee (ra) of nimroz city) include 5 main dimensions, financial, social, organizational, environmental and environmental factors, of which financial factors are the first and most important. the factor of sustainability is micro-businesses, and after that, organizational, environmental, social and environmental factors are in the next ranks. among the sub-categories of financial factors affecting the sustainability of micro-businesses, financial independence has been repeated the most.
