بررسی رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی، حکمرانی خوب و توسعه انسانی: مطالعه‌ای مقایسه‌ای در کشورهای اسکاندیناوی با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری

توسعه انسانی در کشورهای توسعه‌یافته، همچنان تحت تاثیر عوامل نهادی و اجتماعی گوناگون از جمله سرمایه اجتماعی و کیفیت حکمرانی قرار دارد. این پژوهش به بررسی روابط علی میان سرمایه اجتماعی، حکمرانی خوب و توسعه انسانی در دو کشور اسکاندیناوی شامل سوئد و دانمارک می‌پردازد. هدف اصلی مطالعه، تحلیل ساختاری این روابط در بستر نظام‌های حکمرانی نسبتاً کارآمد و سرمایه اجتماعی نهادینه‌شده است. برای آزمون مدل نظری، از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر کمترین مربعات جزئی (pls-sem) در نرم‌افزار smart-pls استفاده شده است. دوره زمانی مطالعه، بر اساس دسترسی به داده‌ها، سال‌های 2000 تا 2022 را دربر می‌گیرد. داده‌های مربوط به سرمایه اجتماعی از پیمایش ارزش‌های جهانی، شاخص‌های حکمرانی خوب از بانک جهانی و شاخص‌های توسعه انسانی از گزارش‌های سازمان ملل متحد استخراج شده‌اند. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهند که رابطه میان سرمایه اجتماعی و توسعه انسانی عمدتاً مثبت و قوی است. در عین حال، رابطه بین سرمایه اجتماعی و حکمرانی خوب در دانمارک و سوئد منفی. همچنین، حکمرانی خوب رابطه‌ای ضعیف یا منفی با توسعه انسانی دارد که می‌تواند ناشی از اشباع نسبی شاخص‌های رفاه در این کشورها باشد. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن‌اند که در جوامع با سطوح بالای حکمرانی، سرمایه اجتماعی همچنان نقشی کلیدی در ارتقای کیفیت زندگی ایفا می‌کند و باید در سیاست‌گذاری‌های اجتماعی و توسعه‌ای مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

investigation of the relationship between social capital، good governance، and human development: a comparative study in scandinavian countries using structural equation modeling

human development in advanced economies remains shaped by a range of institutional and social dynamics، notably social capital and the quality of governance. this study investigates the causal relationships among social capital، good governance، and human development in two scandinavian countries—sweden and denmark. the primary aim is to conduct a structural analysis of these interconnections within the context of relatively efficient governance systems and institutionalized social capital. to test the theoretical model، the study employs partial least squares structural equation modeling (pls-sem) using the smart-pls software. the analysis spans the period from 2000 to 2022، based on data availability. social capital indicators are drawn from the world values survey، governance metrics from the world bank، and human development data from united nations reports. the results reveal a strong and positive relationship between social capital and human development. conversely، the link between social capital and good governance in both countries is negative. moreover، good governance shows a weak or even negative association with human development، potentially reflecting a saturation effect in welfare outcomes typical of highly developed societies. these findings underscore the continued importance of social capital in enhancing quality of life، even in contexts characterized by strong governance. as such، social capital should remain a central consideration in the formulation of social and development policies.
