شناسایی سازکارهای توسعه شرکت ‌های کارآفرین در زیست‌ بوم کارآفرینی

هدف: با توجه به اهمیت کارآفرینی در رشد و توسعه کشورها و ایجاد بستری برای آینده پایدار، هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی سازکارهای توسعه شرکت‌های کارآفرین در استان اردبیل است. روش پژوهش: در پژوهش حاضر که با روش آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) صورت پذیرفته است، سازکارهای توسعه شرکت‌های کارآفرین در استان اردبیل ارائه شد. بدین منظور در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها به‌واسطه سه مرحله کدگذاری (اولیه، فرعی و اصلی) با نرم‌افزار maxqda انجام شد. در بخش کمّی پژوهش، نیز در راستای تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل عامل تاییدی با نرم‌افزارهای spss و lisrel استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که سازکارهای توسعه حمایت‌های دولتی و خصوصی، سازکارهای توسعه مدیریت استراتژیک و سازکارهای توسعه تبلیغاتی و بازاریابی، بر توسعه شرکت‌های کارآفرین در استان اردبیل تاثیرگذار است.نتیجه‌گیری: دستاورد پژوهش حاضر الگویی برای شرکت‌های کارآفرین در استان اردبیل است. نتایج پژوهش می‌توانند برای صاحبان شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط و حتی صنایعی مفید باشند که به دنبال تقویت و توسعه کارآفرینی در شرکت خود هستند. رویکرد آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) استفاده‌شده در این پژوهش، فهم جامعی از سازکارهای لازم برای توسعه شرکت‌های کارآفرین و دانش‌بنیان را فراهم می‌کند.

identifying the mechanisms for developing entrepreneurial companies in the entrepreneurial ecosystem

entrepreneurial companies, often known as startups, play a crucial role in economic growth and development. these companies introduce innovative ideas, new products, and services to the market, and contribute to economic prosperity by creating job opportunities.furthermore, the development of entrepreneurial companies within the entrepreneurial ecosystem is a complex and multifaceted process that requires attention to various factors and the establishment of appropriate mechanisms at different levels. therefore, this research will focus on the mechanisms for developing entrepreneurial companies within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.case studyemployees and managers of entrepreneurial companies in ardabil province.materials and methodsthis research, conducted using a mixed-methods approach (qualitative-quantitative), presents the mechanisms for developing entrepreneurship. for the qualitative part, thematic analysis was used. data analysis was conducted through three stages of coding (initial, sub-category, and main) using the maxqda software. in the quantitative part of the research, confirmatory factor analysis was used to analyze the data using spss and lisrel software. the statistical population in the qualitative section consisted of experts and elites in the field of business, including experienced managers of small and medium-sized businesses, entrepreneurs, and expert management professors in this field. through purposive sampling and snowball sampling, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 29 of them until theoretical saturation was reached. the statistical population in the quantitative section also included employees and managers of entrepreneurial companies in ardabil province, which was reported to be 6000 people. according to morgan's table, a sample size of 361 people was selected. to collect data, questionnaires were distributed among employees and managers of entrepreneurial companies, and ultimately 290 questionnaires were returned.
