تحلیل شبکه‌ایِ راهبردهای مدیریت زنجیره تامین فرآوری خرما: رویکردی به توسعه پایدار در استان سیستان و بلوچستان

هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی راهبردهای زنجیره تامین فرآوری محصولات خرما در استان سیستان و بلوچستان است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش مدیران و کارشناسان اداره جهاد کشاورزی، دانشکده کشاورزی و باغداران شهرستان سراوان بودند که سرشماری شدند. روش تحقیق، توصیفی- پیمایشی و از حیث هدف، کاربردی است. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه ارجحیت‌بندی است. این پرسشنامه 3 معیار اصلی و 6 زیر معیار داشت. روایی پرسشنامه تایید شد. نرخ ناسازگاری کلیه شاخص‌ها کمتر از 0.1 به‌دست آمد. سپس این پرسشنامه بین اعضای نمونه توزیع و داده‌های حاصل با روشahp و نرم‌افزار سوپر دسیژن تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد حوزه تامین و توزیع با وزن 0.086 در رتبه نخست، حوزه تامین و تولید با وزن 0.053 در رتبه دوم و حوزه تامین و تدارک با وزن 0.043 در رتبه سوم قرار دارد. زیر معیار پشتیبانی تولید با وزن 0.361 در رتبه نخست و حمل به مراکز توزیع با وزن 0.296 در رتبه دوم و انبارداری مواد اولیه، انبارداری کالای ساخته‌شده و بسته‌بندی، به‌ترتیب در رتبه‌های بعد قرار گرفتند. بنابراین بیشترین توجه به حوزه تامین و توزیع معطوف است.

introductionagriculture, as a fundamental pillar of the national economy, plays a crucial role in ensuring food security and public health. moreover, agricultural exports have thepotential to generate significant foreign exchange for national development.consequently, supporting this sector, especially in the face of global market competition in the era of free trade, is a paramount responsibility of government officials and experts. according to porter, the supply chain is a comprehensive process that encompasses all activities necessary to deliver a product or service to customers.this perspective connects production and distribution as integral components of theflow of goods and services within the supply chain. this holistic approach highlights the importance of managing and optimizing the supply chain in the agricultural sector to achieve a competitive advantage in the global market. iran ranks second in date production and third in date cultivation area worldwide. while iran's average date yield is comparable to the global average, domestic statistics reveal a lower yieldcompared to the global mean. this research is significant because competition now exists among companies' supply chains, necessitating strategies to outpace rivals. agap exists in that most domestic production units still adhere to traditional approaches in planning operations related to procurement. each unit in a product's supply chainmakes decisions to optimize its own interests, often leading to increased chain costs, higher product costs, and reduced competitiveness. for instance, in sistan and baluchestan, a major date-producing and exporting province, many date farmers sell their produce traditionally in the market. establishing date packaging and processing industries in this border province, in addition to creating significant employment opportunities, would improve the livelihoods of date growers and producers, who aregenerally from lower socioeconomic strata. it would also encourage others to engage in the production and processing of this valuable product. therefore, this research aims to examine the supply chain strategies for processing date products in sistan and baluchestan, a major date-producing hub. the primary research question is: what are the supply chain strategies for date product processing in sistan and baluchestan, andhow can these strategies be prioritized?
