ارائه مدلی برای ارزیابی شایستگی های مدیریت مدارس با رویکرد کمی

مقدمه و هدف: این تحقیق با هدف ارائه مدلی برای ارزیابی شایستگی های مدیریت مدارس دبیرستان های غرب مازندران در آموزش و پرورش شهرستان تنکابن صورت گرفته است.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: ازنظر دسته‌بندی تحقیقات برحسب هدف یک تحقیق کاربردی می‌باشد، ازنظر نحوه گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی- غیرآزمایشی است و در میان انواع روش‌های تحقیق توصیفی در زمره مطالعه موردی قرار گرفته است. جامعه آماری تحقیق تعداد 10 نفر از خبرگان آموزش و پرورش شهرستان تنکابن را شامل شده است که پرسشنامه خبرگان در میان آن‌ها پخش شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از رویکرد anp-dematel صورت گرفته است.یافته‌ها: بر اساس مطالعات صورت گرفته معیارهای اصلی تحقیق شامل ایجاد خط مشی، توسعه فردی افراد، طراحی مجدد اصول مدارس، بهبود برنامه های آموزشی و بهره گیری از شیوه های رهبری مناسب می باشد. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق اثبات شد، معیار ایجاد خط مشی با وزن نهائی 0.222 در اولویت اول میان معیارها و تاثیرپذیرترین معیار، زیرمعیار چالش و تغییر با وزن نهائی 0.083 در اولویت اول میان زیرمعیارها و معیار توسعه فردی افراد از بیشترین تاثیرگذاری برخوردار است. معیار بهبود برنامه های آموزشی بیشترین تاثیرپذیری و تعامل را در میان معیارها داشته است.بحث و نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج می‌توانند به عنوان راهنمایی برای ارتقای شایستگی های مدیریت مدارس در سال های آینده مورد استفاده قرار گیرند.

background and objective: this research aims to propose a model for evaluating the competencies of high school management in the education department of tonekabon county, western mazandaran.research methodology: this study is classified as applied research based on its objective. descriptive-non-experimental method was employed for data collection, falling under the category of descriptive research among various research methods. the statistical population of the study includes 10 experts in education from tonekabon county, who were surveyed using an expert questionnaire. data analysis was conducted using the anp-dematel approach.findings: based on the conducted studies, the main criteria of the research include policy creation, individual development of personnel, redesigning school principals, improving educational programs, and utilizing appropriate leadership styles. according to the research results, the criterion of policy creation with a final weight of 0.222 holds the highest priority among the criteria and is the most influential criterion, while the sub-criterion of challenges and changes with a final weight of 0.083 holds the highest priority among the sub-criteria. the criterion of individual development of personnel is the most influential. the criterion of improving educational programs shows the highest susceptibility and interaction among the criteria.conclusion: these results can serve as a guide for enhancing the competencies of school management in future years.
