شناسایی مضامین توسعه حرفه ای مدیران آموزش در سازمان های صنعتی با تاکید بر فرهنگ دیجیتال

هدف: رشد و توسعه هر سازمانی مرهون حرفه ای کردن مدیران در راستای تحول برای نیل به اهداف سازمان است. فرهنگ دیجیتال در حال تبدیل شدن به موضوع اصلی صنایع در عصر دیجیتال در جهت حرفه ای کردن مدیران است. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مضامین توسعه حرفه ای مدیران آموزش در سازمان های صنعتی با تاکید بر فرهنگ دیجیتال بوده است.روش‌شناسی پژوهش: این پژوهش از نوع اکتشافی و با روش تحلیل مضمون انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان در پژوهش شامل مدیران آموزش در سازمان های صنعتی بوده که به صورت هدفمند و با تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. بدین منظور مصاحبه هایی نیمه ساختارمند با 10 نفر از آنان انجام شد. اعتبار و روایی پژوهش بر اساس انتقال پذیری، قابلیت اطمینان و قابلیت تایید بررسی و تایید گردید.یافته‌ها: یافته های بدست آمده از مصاحبه های انجام شده در مجموع 33 مضمون پایه و 9 مضمون سازمان دهنده (چشم انداز دیجیتال، مشتری مداری دیجیتال، استراتژی های دیجیتال، نگرش دیجیتال، چابکی ذهنی و محیطی، سواد دیجیتال، تفکر اکوسیستمی، رویاپردازی دیجیتال، سفیران دیجیتال) ذیل 1 مضمون فراگیر (توسعه حرفه ای مبتنی بر فرهنگ دیجیتال) شناسایی شد.اصالت / ارزش‌افزوده علمی: توسعه حرفه ای مدیران آموزش در سازمان های صنعتی مبتنی بر فرهنگ دیجیتال بر مبنای مضامین شناسایی شده در این پژوهش زمینه ساز رشد و توسعه حرفه ای مدیران آموزش در حوزه صنعت است و مدیران آموزش باید از لحاظ حرفه ای توسعه یابند تا زمینه تعالی سازمانی را بسمت تحول دیجیتال فراهم سازند.

identify the themes of professional development of training managers in industrial organizations with emphasis on digital culture

purpose: the purpose of this study was to identify the themes of professional development of education managers in industrial organizations with an emphasis on digital culture.research methodology: this research was exploratory and conducted using thematic analysis. the participants in the research included training managers in industrial organizations who were selected purposefully using the snowball technique. for this purpose، semi-structured interviews were conducted with 10 of them. findings from the interviews identified a total of 33 basic themes and 9 organizing themes (digital vision، digital customer orientation، digital strategies، digital attitude، mental and environmental agility، digital literacy، ecosystem thinking، digital dreaming، and digital ambassadors) under 1 overarching theme.findings: this section states the main findings of the study (usually by stating statistical significance)originality/scientific added value: the professional development of education managers in industrial organizations based on digital culture، based on the themes identified in this research، is the foundation for the growth and professional development of education managers in the industry، and education managers must develop professionally to provide the basis for organizational excellence towards digital transformation
