فراتحلیل مطالعات نقش مشاوران بر افزایش طلاق با نگرش راهبردی

هدف پژوهش:هدف این تحقیق، ارائه یک جمع‌بندی منسجم و یکپارچه از داده‌های پراکنده تحقیقات پیشین در مورد عدم موفقیت مراکز مشاوره پیش از طلاق است که پس از الزامی شدن آن در سال 1391، نه تنها در کاهش طلاق موفق نبوده‌اند، بلکه در بسیاری موارد به عاملی برای افزایش آن تبدیل شده‌اند. این پژوهش در پی شناسایی ریشه‌های این شکست و ارائه راهکارهای راهبردی است. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و با رویکرد راهبردی است و از نظر روش، یک مطالعه اسنادی از نوع فراتحلیل می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 48 منبع معتبر (کتاب، مقاله و پایان‌نامه) است که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. این منابع از نظر ماهیت به سه دسته تقسیم شده‌اند: تبیینی (60%)، توصیفی (35%) و پیامدی (5%). یافته‌ها:از فراتحلیل 205 مولفه استخراج شده از تحقیقات پیشین، نتایج زیر به دست آمد:-   64 مولفه به آسیب‌ها (مانند نبود گفتمان مشاوره در سبک زندگی ایرانی)-   43 مولفه به عوامل فرساینده (مانند ضعف در تخصص، مهارت و اخلاق حرفه‌ای مشاوران)-   98 مولفه به راهکارها و راهبردها در 5 بعد فرهنگی، اجتماعی، نظارتی، ساختاری و علمی-خدماتی پرداختند.یافته کلیدی تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که فقدان گفتمان مشاوره‌ای در بافت فرهنگی ایران، کمبود تخصص و اخلاق حرفه‌ای در بین برخی مشاوران و غفلت از راهکارهای دینی و مذهبی، عوامل اصلی عدم موفقیت این مراکز است نتیجه‌گیری: نتیجه‌گیری نهایی تحقیق حاکی از آن است که برای حل این مسئله، باید به سمت راهکارهای حاکمیتی و یکپارچه حرکت کرد. بهترین راهکار پیشنهادی، ایجاد «کلینیک‌های تخصصی خانواده» برای یکپارچه‌سازی خدمات مشاوره‌ای بر پایه سبک زندگی اسلامی–ایرانی و همچنین اجرای طرح «مشاوریار» با نظارت مستمر تا پایان پنج سال اول زندگی مشترک است تا از بروز بحران‌های منجر به طلاق پیشگیری شود.

meta-analysis of studies on the role of counselors in increasing divorce with a strategic approach

research objective: the aim of this research is to present a coherent and integrated summary of the scattered data of previous research on the failure of pre-divorce counseling centers, which after their mandatory implementation in 2012, have not only failed to reduce divorce, but in many cases have become a factor in increasing it. this research seeks to identify the roots of this failure and provide strategic solutions.research methodology: this research is applied and strategic in terms of purpose and is a meta-analytical documentary study in terms of method. the statistical population of the research includes 48 reliable sources (books, articles, and theses) that have been purposefully selected. these sources are divided into three categories in terms of nature: explanatory (60%), descriptive (35%), and consequential (5%).findings:from a meta-analysis of 205 components extracted from previous research, the following results were obtained:- 64 components addressed harms (such as the lack of counseling discourse in the iranian lifestyle)- 43 components addressed eroding factors (such as weakness in the expertise, skills, and professional ethics of counselors)- 98 components addressed solutions and strategies in 5 cultural, social, supervisory, structural, and scientific-service dimensions.the key finding of the research shows that the lack of counseling discourse in the cultural context of iran, the lack of expertise and professional ethics among some counselors, and the neglect of religious and religious solutions are the main factors behind the failure of these centers.conclusion: the final conclusion of the research indicates that to solve this problem, we must move towards governance and integrated solutions. the best proposed solution is to establish specialized family clinics to integrate counseling services based on the islamic-iranian lifestyle, as well as implement the counselor plan with continuous monitoring until the end of the first five years of living together to prevent crises leading to divorce.
