کلاهبرداری و سرقت متاثر از تورم اقتصادی؛ تدابیر و راهکارها

تورم اقتصادی از پدیده‌های حادث در جوامع بشری است، این رخداد با کاهش ارزش نقدینگی و افزایش قیمت کالاها و خدمات موجب سختی و دشواری زندگی شده و موجب گرایش برخی افراد به ارتکاب جرایم مالی از جمله کلاهبرداری و سرقت می‌گردد. در این وضعیت تدابیر حاکمیتی برای مقابله با این جرایم اهمیت می‌یابد. روش پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای و مبتنی بر شیوه تحلیلی-توصیفی حاصل از مطالعات منابع علمی اعم از کتب و مقالات است.پژوهش حاضر در صدد پاسخ به این است که آیا شرایط تورم اقتصادی در ارتکاب کلاهبرداری و سرقت موثر است؟ راهکارهای مناسب در این خصوص کدامند؟ تورم اقتصادی زمینه ارتکاب کلاهبرداری و سرقت را افزایش می دهد و تعدادی از این جرائم ناشی از تورم اقتصادی است. این موضوع لحاظ تدابیر اقتصادی، تقنینی و راهکارهای فرهنگی و آموزشی را برای کاهش این جرام توجیه می نماید.تدابیری مانند کنترل تورم اقتصادی، اقدامات فرهنگی و تقویت باورهای دینی، آموزشهای تربیتی و راهکارهای روانشناختی، می‌تواند از ارتکابهای احتمالی بکاهد. علاوه بر این اقدامات و اصلاحات تقنینی و قانونگذاری نقش مهمی در بحرانهای ایجاد شده کارساز است؛ به نحوی که نوع و شدت مجازاتها و اقدامات تامینی و استفاده کارشناسی از مجازات‌های تکمیلی با تحقیقات علمی به نحوی تعیین یا اصلاح گردد که خاصیت بازدارندگی و ارعاب آن از یک سو و برگشت مجرم به جامعه اصلاح و جلوگیری از ارتکاب دوباره آن لحاظ گردد. اقدامات حفاظت شهری و آگاه‌سازی مناسب و به موقع مردم برای نحوه مواجهه با ارتکاب این جرائم نقشی ارزنده در مدیریت وضع ایجاد شده دارد.
