شناسایی ذینفعان شرکت های تجاری و تئوری ذینفعان با نگاهی به نظام حقوقی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

ذینفعان شرکت های تجاری، اشخاص و گروههایی در شرکت هستند که ادامه حیات، برنامه ها و اهداف شرکتهای تجاری را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و در مقابل نیز تصمیمات و عملکرد شرکت بر آنان اثر گذار است. به همین جهت تئوری تحت عنوان تئوری ذینفعان توسط اندیشمندان مطرح گردید تا به واسطه ی این تئوری، ذینفعان شرکتهای تجاری بیش از پیش مورد حمایت و توجه شرکت ها قرار بگیرند. حال مسئله ای که نیازمند بررسی است آن است که اشخاص و گروه های ذینفع در شرکت های تجاری چه کسانی هستند؟ و مفهوم تئوری ذینفعان چیست؟ در پژوهش پیش رو که به روش کتابخانه ای و تحلیلی گردآوری شده است، ذینفعان شرکت های تجاری اعم از سهامداران، کارکنان، محیط زیست، جامعه و... را مورد شناسایی قرار داده و بیان می‌داریم که مدیران شرکتهای تجاری می‌بایست در اعمال و تصمیمات خویش منافع تمام اشخاص و گروه های ذینفع را مورد توجه قرار دهند تا منافع شرکت و گروه های ذینفع در مسیر یکسان و واحد قرار گرفته و میان آن ها تعادل به وجود آید و در نهایت شرکت به سود همه اداره شود.

stakeholders of commercial companies are individuals and groups in the company that affect the continued existence, plans and goals of commercial companies and in turn, the decisions and performance of the company affect them. for this reason, the theory under the title of stakeholder theory was proposed by thinkers so that through this theory, the stakeholders of commercial companies will be more supported and noticed by the companies. now, the issue that needs to be investigated is who are the interested parties and groups in commercial companies? and what is the meaning of stakeholder theory? in the upcoming research, which has been compiled using a library and analytical method, we have identified the stakeholders of commercial companies, including shareholders, employees, environment, society, etc. take into consideration the interests of all interested parties and groups so that the interests of the company and interested groups are on the same path and balance between them and finally the company is run for the benefit of all.
