تحلیل ملاک های صدور احادیث از دیدگاه محدّث جزائری در دو شرح«غایه المرام» و «کشف الاسرار»

محدّث جزائری(1050ق 1112ق) از دانشمندان برجسته شیعه و شاگرد خاص علّامه مجلسی، دارای آثار بسیاری است. وی  بیشتر حیات علمی خود را صرف یادگیری و تالیف در حوزه مباحث حدیثی نموده است و دارای مبانی و اندیشه های فقه الحدیثی و رجالی منسجمی است. وی بر پایه مبانی رجالی خود تمامی اسانید دو کتاب تهذیب الاحکام و استبصار شیخ طوسی را برپایه اصطلاح تنویع حدیث متاخران، در ضمن شروح جامعی که تحت عناوین«غایه المرام»، «مقصود الانام» و «کشف الاسرار» بر آن دو کتاب نوشته، اعتبار سنجی نموده است.پژوهش حاضر مهم ترین مبانی وی را تحلیل و تبیین و ایرادها و کاستی های کار وی را ارائه نموده است. اکتفاء نکردن به توثیقات خاص و اعقتاد به برخی توثیق های عام و نیز بهره مندی از شهرت روایی، شهرت عملی و مقبولیت به عنوان قرائنی جهت اطمینان به صدور احادیث از جمله مبانی و اندیشه های رجالی وی به شمار می آید. وی علی رغم این که تمام تلاش خود را در اعتبار سنجی احادیث به کار گرفته با این همه کار وی بدون اشتباه و کاستی نیست.

muhaddath jazaeri (1112-1050 ah), one of the prominent shiite scholars and a special student of allama majlisi, has many works. he has spent most of his academic life learning and writing in the field of hadith topics and has the foundations and thoughts of hadith and jurisprudence. based on his religious principles, he wrote all the asanids of the two books of tahhib al-ahkam and astabsar of sheikh tusi based on the term of diversification of hadith of the later generations, in addition to the comprehensive explanations he wrote on those two books under the titles of ghaya al-maram, maqsood al-anam and kashf al-asrar. validated.the present research has analyzed and explained his most important principles and presented the flaws and shortcomings of his work. not being satisfied with specific confirmations and believing in some general confirmations, as well as benefiting from narrative fame, practical fame, and acceptance as evidence to ensure the issuance of hadiths are considered among the foundations and thoughts of his majal. despite the fact that he has put all his efforts in validating hadiths, his work is not without mistakes and shortcomings.
