پیش‌بینی پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه جامع علمی‌کاربردی استان قم براساس نگرش به رشته‌ تحصیلی و آیندۀ شغلی و نیازهای بازار کار

هدف پژوهش حاضر، پیش‌بینی پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه جامع علمی‌کاربردی استان قم بر اساس نگرش به رشته‌ تحصیلی، آینده‌ شغلی و نیازهای بازار کار بر اساس پژوهش‌های انجام شده و از نظر نوع، توصیفی - پیمایشی و از نظر روش از نوع هم‌بستگی است. جامعه‌ آماری پژوهش متشکل از دانشجویان مراکز آموزش علمی‌کاربردی قم می‌باشد (2500 نفر). حجم نمونه از طریق نرم‌افزار gpower ، 175 نفر تعیین و اعضای نمونه به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل دو پرسش‌نامه استاندارد است و معدل دانشجویان نیز، به‌عنوان شاخص پیشرفت تحصیلی منظور شد و تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری داده‌ها از طریق آزمون هم‌بستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه انجام شد. ارزیابی پایایی پرسش‌نامه‌ها به روش آلفای کرونباخ انجام شد. مقدارهای آماره آلفا  0.82 و 0.96 به دست آمد که نشانگر پایایی مناسب ابزار است. یافته‌ها نشان داد با استفاده از روش تحلیل رگرسیون هم‌زمان، مدل معنی‌داری به دست آمد (0.055= مجذور r تنظیم شده و 0.05 p<  و 6.078f=)؛ این مدل  5/5 درصد از واریانس را توجیه می‌کند (0.055= مجذور r تنظیم شده) و نیازهای بازار کار پیش‌بینی‌کننده‌ معنی‌داری گزارش نشد. همچنین رابطه‌ منفی و معنی‌داری بین نگرش به رشته‌ تحصیلی و آینده‌ شغلی و پیشرفت تحصیلی وجود داشت.

predicting academic achievement of university of applied sciences and technology students in qom province based on attitude towards field of study, future career and labor market needs

this research aims to predict the academic achievement of students at the university of applied sciences and technology in qom province based on their attitude towards their field of study, future career, and labor market needs. this descriptive-survey research employs a correlational method. the statistical population consisted of 2500 students from applied science education centers in qom. a sample of 175 students was determined using gpower software and selected through simple random sampling. the research tools included two standard questionnaires, and students’ gpa was used as an indicator of academic achievement. data analysis was conducted using pearson’s correlation test and multiple regression analysis. the findings revealed a significant model (adjusted r² = 0.055, p < 0.05, f = 6.078), explaining 5.5% of the variance. labor market needs were not reported as a significant predictor. furthermore, a negative and significant relationship was found between attitude towards the field of study and future career, and academic achievement.
