شناسایی مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌‌ای در آموزش دانشگاهی

حاکمیت اخلاق حرفه‌ای می‌تواند به میزان قابل توجهی، به سازمان در جهت کاهش تنش‌های سازمانی و توفیق در تحقق اهداف یاری رساند. اعضای هیئت‌علمی به‌عنوان الگو و نمونه برای دانشجویان در کنار نقش علمی خود، نقش اخلاقی حساسی نیز ایفا می‌نمایند. هدف این تحقیق، شناسایی مولفه‌های حرفه‌‌ای در آموزش، در دانشگاه شهید بهشتی تهران بود. این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات، نظری و رویکرد آن با توجه به اهداف پژوهش، کیفی از نوع تحلیل مضمون بود. جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از دو روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی استفاده گردید. جهت بهره‌گیری از نظرات متخصصان و خبرگان، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند 20 نفر از متخصصانی که اطلاعات لازم جهت پژوهش را در اختیار داشتند، انتخاب، و از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته، اطلاعات مورد نیاز پژوهش جمع‌آوری گردید. مصاحبه تا رسیدن اطلاعات به حد اشباع نظری ادامه پیدا کرد. سوالات این مصاحبه بر اساس مرور ادبیات تحقیق تهیه ‌شد و به‌منظور مناسب بودن و کفایت توسط چند نفر از استادان و صاحب‌نظران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. جهت اطمینان از روایی پژوهش: از بررسی توسط اعضا (مصاحبه شوندگان)، روش چند‌‌سویه‌‌نگری منابع داده‌‌ها و بررسی توسط همکار همچنین برای محاسبه پایایی از روش پایایی توافق‌‌درون‌‌موضوعی (توافق بین دو کدگذار) استفاده گردید. بر اساس نتایج، سه مضمون اخلاق فردی، روابط انسانی و توانمندی‌های حرفه‌ای به‌عنوان مولفه‌های اخلاق حرفه‌ای شناسایی شد.

the identification of the components of professional ethics in university education

the rule of professional ethics can significantly help the organization to reduce organizational tensions and to success in achieving goals. faculty members play a critical ethical role as role models for students in addition to their academic role. the aim of this study was to identify the professional components in education at shahid beheshti university in tehran. this study is theoretical; regarding research objectives, its approach is based on qualitative thematic analysis method. two methods of library and field studies were used to collect data. in order to take advantage of experts and their opinions, the purposeful sampling method was used. 20 professionals who had the required information to study, were selected. the required information was collected through semi - structured interviews. the interviews continued until the information reached the point of saturation. the questions of this interview were prepared based on the literature review; they were analyzed to be suitable and competent by some professors and experts. to ensure the validity of the research, the review by the members (interviewees), the triangulation of data sources and the peer review method were considered. also, to calculate the reliability of this study, the inter-coder reliability (the agreement between two coders) was used. three themes of personal ethics, human relationships and professional capabilities were identified as the components of professional ethics.
