نقش گروه‌های آموزشی در رشد حرفه‌‌ای معلمان مقطع ابتدایی

یکی از ماموریت‌‌های گروه‌‌های آموزشی، ارتقای دانش، مهارت و عملکرد حرفه‌‌ای معلمان است. معلمان بایستی علاوه بر تخصص موضوعی، الزاما مهارت حرفه‌‌ای و عملی را نیز دارا باشند. مهارت حرفه‌‌ای پیوند روش آموزش با دانش موضوعی در بافت و شرایط یادگیری دانش‌‌آموزان است. بدین دلیل گروه‌‌های آموزشی با تمرکز بر این بعد از شایستگی معلم می‌‌توانند نقشی ویژه در تحقق شایستگی عملی تربیتی معلمان و ارتقای دانش حرفه‌‌ای آنان ایفا کنند. روش تحقیق این مقاله به صورت مروری و با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای انجام گرفت. این مقاله با استفاده از شیوۀ توصیفی- تحلیلی و مطالعه اسناد و مدارک به معرفی گروه‌‌های آموزشی، اهداف و تبیین ابعاد عملکردی گروه‌‌های آموزشی و نقش هر یک از آنها (توسعه it و فن‌‌آوری‌‌های نوین در قالب طرح سواد دیجیتال، نظارت و راهنمایی سرگروه‌های آموزشی بر فعالیت‌‌های آموزشی مدارس، نهادینه‌‌سازی ارزشیابی فرآیندمحور) پرداخته و درصدد است تا به مطالعۀ نحوه برگزاری مجامع و کارگاه‌‌های آموزشی، اجرای طرح درس‌‌پژوهی معلمان و پروژه‌‌های علمی دانش‌‌آموزان، نقد و تحلیل محتوای دروس در راستای ارتقای رشد حرفه‌‌ای معلمان مقطع ابتدایی بپردازد. بر اساس یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل منابع مختلف پیشنهاد می‎شود در زمینه اجرای اثربخش رویکرد نوین ارزشیابی، برگزاری دوره‌های ضمن خدمت با بهره‌‌گیری از مدرسان مجرب و به صورت کارگاهی مورد توجه ویژه قرار گیرد.

the role of educational groups in the professional promotion of primary school teachers

one of the missions of educational groups is to improve the knowledge and professional skills of teachers. therefore, in addition to subject expertise, teachers must also have professional and practical skills. professional skill is the result of connecting teaching methods with subject knowledge in the context and conditions of students’ learning. for this reason, educational groups’ focus on this dimension of teacher competence can play a special role in realizing teachers’ competence and improving their professional knowledge. the research method of this article is done in a review form using library studies. this article, using the descriptive method and document study, introduces educational groups, aims and explains the functional dimensions of educational groups and the role of each of them (it development and new technologies in the form of digital literacy plan, supervision and guidance of group leaders education has focused on the educational activities of schools, the institutionalization of process-oriented evaluation. this article aims to study the way of holding educational meetings and workshops, implementation of teachers’ lesson research plan and students’ scientific projects, criticism and analysis of the content of lessons in order to promote the professional growth of primary school teachers. based on the findings from the analysis of various sources, it is suggested that in the field of effective implementation of the new evaluation approach, special attention should be paid to holding in-service courses with the use of experienced instructors and in the form of workshops.
