شناسایی موانع حوزه پرداخت‌های الکترونیکی مبتنی بر فناوری بلاکچین با به‌کارگیری روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره

با روند روبه‌رشد پرداخت‌های الکترونیکی، استفاده از فناوری بلاکچین به‌عنوان یکی از راه‌حل‌های انتقال امن پول معرفی گردیده است. برخی از این موانع شامل مشکلات فنی، فناوری، سازمانی، مالی و امنیتی است. برای شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی این موانع و رفع آن‌ها، روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره می‌تواند مفید واقع گردد.در پژوهش حاضر، به منظور شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عواملی موانع مرتبط با پرداخت‌های الکترونیکی مبتنی بر فناوری بلاکچین از روش دلفی استفاده شده است. این روش شامل مطالعه مقالات قبلی و جمع‌آوری نظرات 35 نفر از متخصصان و کارشناسان این حوزه می‌باشد. برای تحلیل ارتباط بین عوامل و شناسایی روابط علی آنها، از روش دیمتل بهره گرفته شده و در نهایت، برای اولویت‌بندی عوامل، فرآیند تحلیل شبکه‌ای به کار رفته است.از 13 شاخص احصا شده 11 شاخص مورد بررسی نهایی قرار گرفت. شاخص‌ رعایت حریم خصوصی دارای بیشترین تاثیرگذاری بر سایر شاخص‌ها را دارد. از طرفی شاخص‌های عدم تعهد و خواست مدیران ارشد برای بهبود و ایجاد تغییرات بنیادین نیز بیشترین تاثیرپذیری از سایر شاخص‌ها را دارد.

identifying barriers in the field of electronic payments based on blockchain technology: a multi-criteria decision-making approach

with the growing trend of electronic payments, the use of blockchain technology has been introduced as one of the solutions for safe money transfer. some of these obstacles include technical, technological, organizational, financial and security problems. to identify and prioritize these obstacles and solve them, multi-criteria decision-making methods can be useful.in this research, in order to identify and rank the factors of obstacles related to electronic payments based on blockchain technology, the delphi method has been used. this method includes reading previous articles and collecting the opinions of 35 specialists and experts in this field. to analyze the relationship between the factors and identify their causal relationships, the dimtel method was used and finally, to prioritize the factors, the process of network analysis was used.out of 13 indicators, 11 indicators were evaluated in the final analysis. the privacy compliance index has the greatest impact on other indicators. on the other hand, indicators of non-commitment and the desire of senior managers to improve and make fundamental changes are also more influential than other indicators.
