تحلیل تاثیرات اینترنت بر اصل محله محوری شهر ایرانی- اسلامی با رویکرد فراترکیب

محله محوری یکی از اصول اساسی شهرسازی ایرانی- اسلامی و از عوامل پایداری شهرهای آن بوده که امروزه تحت ‌تاثیر عوامل مختلفی تضعیف شده است. تحقق این اصل علاوه بر انطباق با اندیشه اسلامی با رویکردهای جهانی شهرسازی مخصوصا در حوزه پایداری همسویی دارد. از طرفی در چند‌دهه اخیر، به‌تدریج به‌واسطه تغییرات شرایط ناشی از پیشرفت اینترنت و فضای مجازی، شهرها و محلات آن با وضعیت جدیدی روبرو هستند که این موضوع بر تحقق اصل محله محوری شهر ایرانی- اسلامی تاثیرگذار است. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر قصد دارد تا ضمن استخراج و تبیین مولفه های اساسی محله محوری ایرانی- اسلامی، وضعیت این مولفه ها را از حیث اهمیت و امکانپذیری در عصر اینترنت بسنجد. این پژوهش بر اساس کلان‌روش کیفی فراترکیب بوده که در مراحل مختلف خود از کدگذاری دادهها بر حسب مضامین و استدلال منطقی نیز جهت استخراج، تحلیل و تفسیر یافته ها بهره میگیرد. طبق یافته‌ها، از میان سه مولفه اساسی محله محوری ایرانی- اسلامی، تاثیر اینترنت بر مولفه خودیاری و حکمروایی محلی ضمن متحول‌کننده‌بودن، عمدتا مثبت و تسهیل گرانه است، مولفه خودکفایی نسبی عملکردی محله دیگر کمتر در عصر اینترنت مورد نیاز می‌شود و مولفه روابط همسایگی و همیاری محلی نیز علی‌رغم حفظ ضرورت در این عصر، امکان پذیری کم‌تری را به‌جهت کاهش کیفیت روابط اجتماعی و همسایگی محلی خواهد داشت. در مجموع به علت اینکه اساس و پایه محله ایرانی- اسلامی و محله محوری آن بر بعد اجتماعی و روابط اجتماعی، در قالب روابط همسایگی متکی است، تحقق محله محوری ایرانی- اسلامی در عصر اینترنت سخت تر و پیچیده تر از گذشته بوده و رو به افول است.

analysis of the internet effects on the neighborhood-base principle of the iranian-islamic city with meta synthesis approach

neighborhood-based is a fundamental principle of iranian-islamic urban planning and a key factor in the sustainability of its cities, which has been diminished today due to various factors. the realization of this principle,in addition to being in accordance with islamic thought, is also alignedwith global urban planning approaches. in recent decades, gradually dueto changes in conditions resulting from the advancement of the internetand cyberspace, cities and their neighborhoods are facing a new situation,which affects the realization of the principle of neighborhood-based iniranian-islamic cities. accordingly, the present study, while extracting andexplaining the fundamental components of iranian-islamic neighborhoodbased,assesses the status of these components in terms of importance andfeasibility in the internet age. this research is based on the qualitativemeta-synthesis approach, which, in its various stages, has also utilizeddata coding based on themes and logical reasoning to extract, analyze, andinterpret the findings. according to the findings, the effect of the interneton the components of self-help and local governance, whiletransformative, is mainly positive and facilitating. the component ofrelative functional self-sufficiency of the neighborhood is less needed inthe internet age, and the component of neighborhood relations and localcooperation, despite maintaining its necessity in this era, will have lessfeasibility due to the decline in the quality of social and neighborhoodrelations. overall, because the foundation and basis of the iranian-islamic neighborhood and its neighborhood-based are based on social relations, in the form of neighborhood relations, the realization of iranian-islamic neighborhood-based in the internet age is more difficult and complex than before and may decline.
