برنامه ریزی شهری براساس الگوهای رفتاری متناسب با آسایش اقلیمی (مطالعه موردی: مناطق ده، یازده و دوازده تهران)

پژوهش حاضر، ضمن بررسی الگوی توزیع فضایی جزایر گرمایی شهر تهران در بستر ویژگی های اجتماعی )رفتاری( آن، به برنامه ریزی و توسعه شهری براساس تاثیر الگوهای رفتاری برای افزایش آسایش اقلیمی در این جزایر گرمایی می پردازد. نقشه های جی آی اس اولیه تراکم جمعیت، قیمتمسکن و کیفیت زندگی با تصاویر ماهوارهای از لندست 8 و مادیس، همپوشانی شده اند تا مناطقی از تهران که کیفیت زندگی، عامل به وجود آمدن جزایر گرمایی است، مشخص شود. در ادامه با بررسی محله هایی از مناطق ده، یازده و دوازده تهران (محله های منتخب از همپوشانی نقشه ها باتصاویر ماهوارهای)، که به دلیل وجود کاربری های مختلط و تداخله ای ترافیکی، نابسامانی مدیریت و غیره، آسایش اقلیمی خود را از دست داده و تبدیل به جزایر گرمایی شده اند، اما به دلیل وجود کاربری های فعال، در اکثر نقاط، حضورپذیری بالایی از شهروندان در این محله ها وجود دارد.فعالیت های موجود در این محله ها، به لحاظ معنایی در سطح شهر شناخته شده اند ولی فاقد قواعد اجرایی مناسب، هستند. بنابراین این قسمت ها پتانسیل لازم برای تبیین و ارائه الگوهای رفتاری جهت کاهش اثرات جزایر گرمایی را دارند. این پژوهش، با روش کمی، به ارزیابی ذهنی و ادراکیافراد (تعداد 368 نفر) در محیط، براساس پرسشنامه و اطلاعات آب و هوایی ثبت شده افراد مصاحبه شونده و تحلیل توصیفی و استنباطی آنها می پردازد. حین انجام مطالعات میدانی، تحلیل کیفی براساس مشاهدات رفتاری و معنایی به صورت همزمان صورت گرفته است. در نتیجه با بسطتحلیل ها در نظام شهری، راهکارهایی به صورت مدل منسجم شهری حاصل از این تحلیل ها ارائه می دهد.

urban planning based on behavioral patterns appropriate to climatic comfort (case study: ten, eleven and twelve districts of tehran)

the current research, while examining the spatial distribution pattern of the thermal islands of tehran city in the context of its social (behavioral) characteristics, deals with urban planning and development based on the effect of behavioral patterns to increase the climatic comfort in these thermal islands. the basic gis maps of population density, housing prices and quality of life are overlaid with satellite images from landsat 8 and madis, to identify areas of tehran where the quality of life is the cause of heat islands. in the following, by examining neighborhoods from ten, eleven and twelve districts of tehran (neighborhoods selected from overlapping maps with satellite images), which have lost their climatic comfort and turned into islands due to the presence of mixed uses and traffic interference, management disorder, etc. have been heated, but due to the existence of active uses, in most places, there is a high presence of citizens in these neighborhoods. the activities in these neighborhoods are semantically known at the city level, but they lack proper executive rules. therefore, these parts have the necessary potential to explain and provide behavioral patterns to reduce the effects of heat islands. this research, with a quantitative method, deals with the subjective and perceptual evaluation of people (368 people) in the environment, based on the questionnaire and recorded weather information of the interviewed people and their descriptive and inferential analysis. while conducting field studies, qualitative analysis based on behavioral and semantic observations has been done simultaneously. as a result, by expanding the analyzes in the urban system, it provides solutions in the form of a coherent urban model resulting from these analyses.
