ارزیابی بازآفرینی شهری در بافت تاریخی شهر تبریز با رویکرد فرهنگ محور

امروز پیشرفت تکنولوژی باعث شده که در اثر ساخت و سازهای بی رویه بافت های تاریخی رو به فرسودگی بگذارند. در دهه های اخیر علاقه به بازآفرینی شهری در مناطق درون شهری به خصوص در مناطق تاریخی بسیار فزایش یافته است. منطقه تاریخی شهر تبریز که در اثر مدرنیته هویتفرهنگی خود را به مرور زمان از دست داده است بنابراین بازآفرینی فرهنگ محور در بافت تاریخی تبریز ضرورت دارد. تحقیق حاضر در نظر دارد که بازآفرینی بافت تاریخی- فرهنگی شهر تبریز را براساس ابزار فرهنگ محور مورد ارزیابی قرار دهد. روش تحقیق به صورت توصیفی - اکتشافی وپیمایشی می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق خبرگان شهر تبریز در زمینه شهرسازی می باشد که حجم نمونه 40 نفر به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده از تکنیک معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم افزار spss و amos و mplus استفاده شد. نتایج سه سازه پنهان برونزا به نام هایعملکرد، فرم، و معنا را شناسایی کرد که جنبه های اصلی بازآفرینی شهری بافت تاریخی شهر را براساس فرهنگ محور نشان می دهد که در میان آنها، عوامل فرم بیشترین بارگذاری را با (0/85= γ ) نشان دادند. این مطالعه مشخص کرد که پارامترهایی مانند افزایش تعداد و کیفیتفضاهای شهری و مکان های فرهنگی بیشترین تاثیر را فرم از نظر بازآفرینی شهری فرهنگ محور دارند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد فعالیت ساکنان در رویدادهای فرهنگی به شکلدهی حس هویت فرهنگی شهری و ارتقای مشارکت ساکنان در مکان های عمومی از طریق باز آفرینی فرهنگ محورکمک می کند که باعث می شود. ساکنین بتوانند یک تجربه منحصربه فرد و مرتبط با فرهنگ در مصرف به دست آورند.

evaluation of urban regeneration in the historical context of tabriz city with a culture-oriented approach

today, the advancement of technology has caused historical structures to deteriorate due to indiscriminate constructions. in recent decades, we have seen an increase in interest in urban regeneration in inner city areas, especially historical areas inside. urban areas that are formed based on physical aspects are equally important based on cultural aspects. the present research intends to evaluate the reconstruction of the historical-cultural fabric of tabriz city based on culture-oriented tools. the research method is descriptive-exploratory and survey. the statistical population of the research is the experts of tabriz city in the field of urban development, the sample size of 40 people was selected purposefully. structural equation technique was used for data analysis using spss, amos and mplus software. the results identified three exogenous latent constructs named function, form, and meaning that show the main aspects of urban regeneration of the city's historical context based on culture, among which the form factors have the highest loading with (γ=0/85) showed. this study determined that parameters such as increasing the number and quality of urban spaces and cultural places have the greatest impact in terms of culture-oriented urban regeneration. also, the results showed that residents' activity in cultural events helps to shape the sense of urban cultural identity and promote residents' participation in public places through culture-oriented recreation, which causes. residents can get a unique and culture-related experience in consumption.
