تحلیل عوامل موثر بر آینده نگاری برنامه ریزی توسعه حمل و نقل محور در شهر تبریز

مشکلات مربوط به حمل و نقل، بیشتر شامل افزایش خودروهای شخصی، ازدحام و اثرات محیط زیستی است. فقدان یک سیستم حمل و نقل عمومی کارآمد، دلیل تشدید مشکلات مختلف در شهرها است. به عنوان مثال، افزایش تعداد خودروهای شخصی باعث ازدحام در جاده ها، آلودگی هوا، اثرات گلخانه ای فراگیر و آلودگی صوتی می شود که در نهایت سلامت انسان را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهد. توسعه حمل و نقل محور یک روش برنامه ریزی یکپارچه سازی حمل و نقل و استفاده از اختلاط کاربری است که می تواند اهداف توسعه پایدار را برآورده سازد. هدف این تحقیق تحلیل عوامل موثر بر آینده نگاری برنامهریزی توسعه حمل و نقل محور در شهر تبریز است. تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف کاردبری و از نظر روش شناختی؛ توصیفی - تحلیلی و پیمایشی مبتنی بر پرسشنامه محقق ساخته است. برای تحلیل داده ها از معادلات ساختاری به کمک از نرم افزارهاى smartpls و spss استفاده شده است. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق مشاهده می شود که راهبرد توسعه اقتصادی و کاهش اثرات گلخانه ای پیشامد و سناریوهای بدبینانه کمتری ایجاد می کنند و می توان آنها را به عنوان راهبردهای ایستا در نظر گرفت. لذا با هدف ارتقای پایداری در شهر تبریز از نظر توسعه باید بر مبنای توسعه حمل و نقل محور حرکت کرد و مطالعات گسترده تری در زمینه های مختلفجهت انطباق این الگو با شرایط شهر تبریز ضروری است.

analysis of the affecting factors on the transportation-oriented development future studies planning in tabriz city

the problems related to transportation mostly include the increase of private cars, congestion and environmental effects. the lack of an efficient public transportation system is the reason for the aggravation of various problems in cities. for example, the increase in the number of private cars causes congestion on the roads, air pollution, pervasive greenhouse effects, and noise pollution, which ultimately affects human health. transportation-oriented development is a planning method of transportation integration and use of mixed use that can meet the goals of sustainable development. the purpose of this research is to analyze the factors affecting the future planning of transportation-oriented development in the city of tabriz. the current research in terms of the purpose of the work and in terms of methodology; it is descriptive-analytical and survey based on a researcher-made questionnaire. for data analysis, structural equations were used with the help of smartpls and spss software. according to the results of the research, it can be seen that the strategy of economic development and reduction of greenhouse effects create fewer pessimistic scenarios and can be considered as static strategies. therefore, with the aim of promoting sustainability in the city of tabriz, in terms of development, it is necessary to move on the basis of transportation-oriented development, therefore, more extensive studies in various fields are necessary to adapt this model to the conditions of the city of tabriz.
