اثرات حکمروایی خوب شهری بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی. مطالعۀ موردی: منطقۀ یک شهر شیراز

در حال حاضر، رویکردی که اثربخشترین، کم هزینه ترین و پایدارترین شیوه اعمال مدیریت معرفی می شود حکمروایی خوب شهری است.هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل اثرات حکمروایی خوب شهری بر بهبود کیفیت زندگی در منطقه یک شهر شیراز است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، و از نظر روش توصیفی - تحلیلی است و از لحاظ نحوه جمع آوری اطلاعات نیز از نوع تحقیقات پیمایشی است. برای این منظور، با تجزیه و تحلیل آماری، به بررسی یافته های حاصل از طریق پرسشنامه پرداخته شده است. نتایج نشان می دهند که میزان تاثیرگذاری متغیرهای شاخص های حکمروایی خوب شهری 1 در بهبود کیفیت زندگی در منطقه یک کلانشهر شیراز در بین شهروندان تقریباً مناسب است. با توجه به بررسی ها، متغیر فراهم کردن فرصت مشارکت عام، بیشترین امتیاز را در میان سایرین دارد. عوامل به دست آمده از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی در حدود 5 مورد هستند؛ عامل اول (مشارکت) که مهمترین عامل است، 01 / 23 درصد واریانس و عوامل دومو سوم (شفافیت و پاسخگویی، کارایی و عدالت) در حدود 60 / 13 و 56 / 10 درصد واریانس را به خود اختصاص داده اند. در نهایت، عاملچهارم با (حاکمیت قانون) 26 / 8 درصد و عامل پنجم (مسئولیت پذیری) با 714 / 7 درصد در رتبه های بعدی قرار گرفته اند. با توجه به پژوهشانجام شده در منطقه یک شیراز، حکمروایی خوب شهری در بهبود کیفیت زندگی شهروندان تاثیر دارد.

therefore, at present, the approach that is introduced as the most effective, least expensive and most sustainable way of applying management is good urban governance. in this regard, the aim of this research is to analyze the indicators of good urban governance and its effect on the improvement of the quality of life of a case study: zone 1 of shiraz city. this research has a practical purpose. from the point of view of the method, it is also descriptive-analytical, and in terms of the method of collecting information, it is also a survey research. for this purpose, the findings obtained through the questionnaire have been investigated and analyzed using statistical analysis. the results show that the effectiveness of the variables of good urban governance indicators in improving the quality of life in the region. 1 shiraz metropolis is almost high among the citizens and the level of influence is appropriate. according to the surveys, the variable of providing the opportunity for public participation has the highest score among the others. there are about 5 factors obtained from the exploratory factor analysis. the first factor (participation), which is the most important factor, accounts for 23.01 percent of the variance, and the second and third factors (transparency, accountability-efficiency, and justice) account for about 13.60 and 10.56 percent of the variance. finally, the fourth factor of the rule of law (8.26) and the fifth factor of responsibility (7.714) are placed. according to the research carried out in shiraz region 1, urban governance is not in a good state.
