تحلیل فضایی شیوع بیماری تب مالت در مناطق شهری و روستایی (مطالعه موردی: استان ایلام)

مقوله سلامت یکی از شاخص های مهم و کلیدی توسعه پایدار است. تب مالت معضلی بهداشتی است که سالانه صدمات اقتصادی- بهداشتی زیادی را برای جامعه در بر دارد، لذا کنترل این بیماری تاثیر مهمی در سطح جهانی بر روی سلامت انسان و صنعت دامداری دارد؛ بنابراین در پژوهش کاربردی و توصیفی- تحلیلی حاضر، با استفاده از تحلیل های فضایی و داده کاوی مکانی ارتباط بین شیوع بیماری تب مالت در انسان با پارامترهای محیطی و انسانی مانند دما، رطوبت، فشار، بارش در روستاها و شهرهای استان ایلام به توزیع و پراکندگی جغرافیایی آنها پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق افراد مبتلا به تب مالت طی سال های ( 1400 - 1394 ) در استان ایلام است. نتایج حاصل از کاربرد شاخص آماره ی موران درباره توزیع فضاییبروز بیماری تب مالت طی دوره ی آماری موردمطالعه، خوشه ای بودن توزیع بیماری را در سطح نواحی استان نشان می دهد.یافته های به دست آمده، نشان دهنده وجود ارتباط معناداری بین بروز بیماری تب مالت با دما، بارش و...، شغل بیمار، سابقه تماس با دام و نوع مکان سکونتگاهی است. نتایج این تحقیق می تواند در برنامه ریزی، مدیریت و پیشگیری از وقوع بیماری تب مالت استفاده شده و در بهبود سلامت افراد و دام و در نتیجه کاهش هزینه های درمانی موثر باشد.

spatial analysis and distribution of brucellosis in urban and rural areas (case study of ilam province)

the health category is one of the essential indicators of sustainable development. brucellosis is a health problem that causes a lot of economic and health damage to society every year. therefore, the control of this disease has a significant impact on human health and the livestock industry at the global level. thus, in the current applied and descriptive-analytical research, using spatial analysis and spatial data mining, the relationship between the prevalence of brucellosis in humans with environmental and human parameters such as temperature, humidity, pressure, precipitation in the villages and cities of ilam province their spatial distribution has been discussed. the statistical population of this research is the people suffering from brucellosis during the years (2016 -2022) in ilam province.the results obtained from the application of moran's statistical index about the spatial distribution of the incidence of brucellosis during the study period show that the disease distribution is clustered at the level of the province's districts.the findings show the relationship between the occurrence of brucellosis disease with temperature, precipitation, occupation of the patient, history of contact with livestock, and type of residential place. the results of this research can be exerted in brucellosis's planning, management, and prevention, which can effectively improve the health of people and livestock and, as a result, reduce treatment costs.
