چکیده
|
پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش مالکیت مدیریتی در تاثیر عملکرد مالی و شهرت حسابرس بر ارزش شرکت در شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می پردازد. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش همبستگی از نوع علی (پس رویدادی) می باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شرکت های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران می باشد که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری حذفی سیستماتیک تعداد 132 شرکت به عنوان نمونه پژوهش در بازه زمانی 10 ساله بین سال های 1391 تا 1400 انتخاب شدند که روش جمع آوری اطلاعات به شرح زیر است. یک کتابخانه و داده های مربوط به اندازه گیری متغیرها از سایت کدال و صورت های مالی شرکت ها جمع آوری و محاسبات اولیه در اکسل انجام شد و سپس از نرم افزار stata برای آزمون فرضیه های تحقیق استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان می دهد که عملکرد مالی تاثیر مستقیمی بر ارزش شرکت دارد. همچنین مالکیت مدیریتی بر رابطه بین عملکرد مالی و ارزش شرکت تاثیر مستقیم دارد.

Abstract
|
the present study examines the role of managerial ownership in the effect of financial performance and auditor reputation on company value in companies listed on the tehran stock exchange. this research is applied in terms of purpose and causal (post-event) in terms of correlation method. the statistical population of the research is the companies admitted to the tehran stock exchange, using the systematic elimination sampling method, 132 companies were selected as the research sample in the 10-year period between 1391 and 1400, and the data collection method is as described is below a library and data related to the measurement of variables were collected from the kodal site and the financial statements of the companies, and preliminary calculations were made in excel, and then stata software was used to test the research hypotheses. research results show that financial performance has a direct impact on company value. also, managerial ownership has a direct effect on the relationship between financial performance and company value.
