شناسایی و بررسی عوامل موثر بر سرمایه‌گذاری جسورانه در کسب و کارهای حوزه فین تک با استفاده از تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری فازی

در سرمایه‌گذاری جسورانه، کسب بازدهی بالا از محل سرمایه‌گذاری در گرو موفقیت شرکت‌های سرمایه‌پذیر است و علاوه بر جذب سرمایه و تامین مالی، کمک به رونق کسب‌وکار، از دیگر اهدف سرمایه‌گذاری جسورانه است. پژوهش پیش‌رو، با هدف مطالعه کسب‌وکارهای حوزه فین‌تک، سعی در ارائه درک درستی از وضعیت آن در ایران دارد. پس از انجام مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و با بهره‌مندی از نظر تعداد 20 نفر از خبرگان، با استفاده از تکنیک دلفی فازی، عوامل کلیدی موثر بر ارزش سرمایه‌گذاری در حوزه فین‌تک، با عناوین سطح نوآوری ایجاد شده، اطمینان محیطی، تعامل‌های فناورانه، مدیریت و تسهیم دانش کاربردی، مزیت رقابتی ایجاد شده، سرمایه انسانی متخصص، حمایت‌های مالی و بیمه‌ای، تبلیغات و مهارت‌های بازاریابی و همچنین نقدینگی و سودآوری، شناسایی شد. وزن معیارها با استفاده از روش فازی سوارا و رتبه‌بندی آن‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک فازی کوکوسو انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد عوامل سطح نوآوری ایجاد شده، حمایت‌های مالی و بیمه‌ای و سرمایه انسانی متخصص، به ترتیب در رتبه اول تا سوم عوامل موثر بر سرمایه‌گذاری جسورانه در حوزه فین‌تک قرار دارند. در ادامه با تحلیل 180 پرسشنامه توزیع شده در بین تعداد 28 شرکت فعال در حوزه فین تک، تاثیر متغیرهای تایید شده بر روی متغیر سرمایه‌گذاری جسورانه بررسی شد.

in bold investment, obtaining a high yield from the place of investment depends on the success of investable companies, and in addition to attracting capital and financing, helping the business flourish is another goal of bold investment. the upcoming research, with the aim of studying fintech businesses, tries to provide a correct understanding of its situation in iran. after conducting library studies and with the benefit of 20 experts, using the fuzzy delphi technique, the key factors affecting the value of investment in the field of fintech, with the titles of the level of innovation created, environmental assurance, technological interactions, management and applied knowledge sharing, competitive advantage created, expert human capital, financial and insurance support, advertising and marketing skills as well as liquidity and profitability were identified. the weights of the criteria were done using the swara fuzzy method and their ranking was done using the cocoso fuzzy technique. the results showed that the factors of the level of innovation created, financial and insurance support, and expert human capital are ranked first to third among the factors affecting bold investment in the field of fintech, respectively. next, by analyzing 180 questionnaires distributed among 28 active companies in the field of fintech, the effect of the confirmed variables on the bold investment variable was investigated.
