بررسی عوامل موثر برتوانمندسازی اجتماعی زنان (مطالعه موردی شهر گیلانغرب)

توانمندسازی زنان در عرصه های مختلف سیاسی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و مدیریتی از مباحث مهم در جوامع امروزی می باشد. مطالعهٔ حاضر با هدف واکاوی ابعاد مختلف توانمندسازی اجتماعی زنان شهرگیلانغرب انجام شد. تحقیق حاضر به شیوه روش پیمایشی انجام شد جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل زنان شهر گیلانغرب بودکه با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 372نفر به عنوان جمعیت نمونه انتخاب شد. برای بررسی ارتباط بین توانمند سازی زنان و اینکه چه چیزی تصمیم گیری و نگرش خانواده ها نسبت به تصمیم گیری و مشارکت در امور خانواده را تعیین می کند، از تحلیل رگرسیون چند جمله ای استفاده شد. یافته های تحقیق نشان دادند: متغیر های میزان تحصیلات، سن، ثروت و تعداد فرزندان، سن زنان، تعداد فرزندان، شغل همسر و نوع کسب و کار با توانمندسازی زنان ارتباط مثبت دارند و بر میزان مشارکت و تصمیم گیر ی در خانواده ها تاثیر می گذارد.تشویق به مشارکت زنان در فرآیند توسعه، از طریق فراهم آوردن فرصت‌های مشارکت آن‌ها بسیار مهم است، این فرصت‌ها باید تمام جنبه‌های اجتماعی، فرهنگی و غیره را در بر داشته باشد تا با تشویق زنان به مشارکت، آگاهی آن‌ها افزایش پیدا کند.

an investigation into determinants of women’s social empowerment: a case study of gilangharb city

objective:empowering women in various fields is one of the important discussions in contemporary societies.the present study aimed to investigate the different dimensions of empowering urban women in gilan-e-gharb city .research method:the present research was conducted using a survey method.the statistical population of the study consisted of urban women in gilan-e-gharb city, from which 372 individuals were selected as the sample population using purposive sampling.to examine the relationship between women's empowerment and what determines family decision-making and attitudes towards decision-making and participation in family affairs, multiple regression analysis was used .findings:the findings of the study indicated that variables such as the level of education, age of respondents, wealth, number of children, age of women, number of children, occupation of the spouse, and type of business have a positive relationship with women's empowerment and influence the level of participation and decision-making in families .conclusion:encouraging women's participation in the development process through providing them with opportunities for participation is very important .these opportunities should encompass all social, cultural, and other aspects to increase women's awareness by encouraging their participation.
