سنجش تاب آوری شبکه های دسترسی نواحی شهری دربرابر زلزله (مطالعه موردی:منطقه سه شهر تهران)

زلزله یکی از مهمترین بلایایی است که شهرها و سکونتگاه های شهری را تحت تاثیر قرار داده و خسارات جبران ناپذیری را به نقاط مختلف مناطق شهری به ویژه شبکه های دسترسی وارد می کند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش تعیین مولفه های تاب آوری فیزیکی با تاکید بر شبکه دسترسی در منطقه 3 شهر تهران می‌باشد. وش-پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی استوش-پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی است به طوریکه شاخص‌ها با توجه به مطالعات میدانی و اطلاعات حاصل از بررسی وضعیت شبکه دسترسی منطقه در طرح‌های توسعه راهبردی و طرح جامع آن، انتخاب شدند. وزندهی معیارها و زیرمعیارها با استفاده از روش ahp با تکمیل پرسشنامه به وسیله 20 نفر از متخصصان شهری و مقایسه دو دویی هر کدام انجام پذیرفت و اهمیت پارامترها طبق روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی با نرم افزار expert choice e تعیین گردید .نتایج نشان می‌دهد که سطح تاب‌آوری شبکه دسترسی در نیمه شرقی و نیمه جنوب غربی منطقه نسبتاً پایین است. که نیازمند توجه و بهبود شرایط در این مناطق است.

measuring the resilience of access networks in urban areas against earthquakes (case study(case study: district 3 of tehran city)

earthquake is one of the most important disasters that affects cities and urban settlements and causes irreparable damage to different parts of urban areas, especially access networks. the main goal of this research is to determine the components of physical resilience with an emphasis on the access network in district 3 of tehran. it is a library and field research, so that the indicators were selected according to the field studies and the information obtained from the investigation of the state of the access network in the strategic development plans and its comprehensive plan. the weighting of the criteria and sub-criteria was done using the ahp method by filling out the questionnaire by 20 urban experts and comparing two pairs of each, and the importance of the parameters was determined according to the hierarchical analysis method with the expert choice e software. the results show that the resilience level of the access network is relatively low in the eastern half and southwestern half of the region.which requires attention and improvement of conditions in these areas.
