تحلیل و ارزیابی مکانی تاسیسات شبکه آبرسانی شهری با رویکرد دفاع غیر عامل (مطالعه موردی: تصفیه خانه آب منطقه 22 تهران)

بکار گیری اصول پدافند غیر عامل در سطوح مختلف برنامه ریزی شهری، راهکاری به منظور کاهش خطرپذیری در برابر خطرات احتمالی می باشد که متاسفانه به آن توجه چندانی نشده است. در این تحقیق قسمت هایی از منطقه 22 شهر تهران جهت احداث تصفیه خانه مد نظر قرار گرفت که پس از بررسی وضع موجود در این منطقه و همچنین بررسی مدل های مکان یابی، به تلفیق و ترکیب داده ها پرداخته شد و در نهایت نقشه مناسب زمین برای احداث تصفیه خانه در پنج پهنه بهینه به دست آمد و مکان ها در 5 دسته وزن دهی طبقه بندی شدند.پس از بررسی نهایی، از میان شاخص های موجود در مکان یابی، شیب و کاربری اراضی از اهمیت بیشتری برخوردار بودند. در مرحله نهایی قسمت هایی از شهر که با اولویت بسیار مناسب قرار داشتند، به عنوان مناسب ترین مکان برای احداث تصفیه خانه (عمدتا شمال، غرب، بخش هایی مرکز وجنوب) تشخیص داده شد.
