آینده‌پژوهی نظام مشاوره شغلی ایران در افق 1410

با توجه به لزوم پیش اگاهی از محیط فعالیت مشاوره شغلی و اقتضایات در حال شکل‌گیری، مسئله اصلی آینده‌پژوهی نظام مشاوره شغلی در ایران است . هدف اصلی شناسایی انواع آینده‌های نظام مشاوره شغلی است. رویکرد تحقیق اینده پژوهی و روش پژوهش، آمیخته بوده است .روشهای گردآوری اطلاعات پویش محیطی از طریق مرور اسناد و تکنیک دلفی و مراجعه به نظرات کارشناسان بود. روش نمونه‌گیری، هدفمند و ابزارهای پژوهش، مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختار یافته و پرسشنامه‌های بسته بود. روش‌های تجزیه و تحلیل تحلیل ماتریس متقاطع با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای میک میک و سناریو ویزارد بود. یافته‌های اصلی نشان داد مشاوره شغلی تحت تاثیر سه پیشران کلیدی ساماندهی موسسات کاریابی‌، داشتن افق و برنامه‌ریزی بلندمدت و نیاز اقشار مختلف جامعه به مشاوره شغلی است . در نهایت نرم‌افزار سناریو ویزارد ، دو سناریو را پیشنهاد داد که یکی خوش‌بینانه با نام پرواز بر افق و دیگری بدبینانه با نام ماندن در وضعیت خاکستری بودند. نتیجه کلی انکه ، احتمال تحقق سناریوی نامطلوب بیشتر است که برای پیشگیری از آن، مجموعه‌ای از سیاست‌ها بایستی دنبال گردد . از جمله آنکه باید به سمت ساماندهی نهادهای متولی با محوریت سازمان نظام روانشناسی و مشاوره حرکت کرد

future study of iran's job counseling system in the horizon of 1410

considering the necessity of prior knowledge of the career counseling activity environment and the emerging conditions, the main issue is the future research of the career counseling system in iran. the main goal is to identify the types of career counseling system futures. the future research approach and the research method have been mixed. the methods of collecting information were environmental survey through reviewing documents and delphi technique and referring to the opinions of experts. the sampling method was purposeful and the research tools were semi-structured interviews and closed questionnaires. the analysis methods were cross-matrix analysis using mic mac and scenario wizard software. the main findings showed that career counseling is influenced by three key drivers: the organization of employment agencies, having a long-term horizon and planning and the need of different sectors of society for career counseling. finally, the scenario wizard software suggested two scenarios, one optimistic called flying over the horizon and the other pessimistic called staying in the gray state. the general result is that the probability of the realization of the unfavorable scenario is higher, and to prevent it, a set of policies must be followed. among other things, we should move towards the organization of trustee institutions centered on the organization of the psychological and counseling syste
