کارکرد مولفه‌های سرمایه اجتماعی در آینده مقاومت عمومی از منظر امیرالمومنین (ع)

سرمایه اجتماعی مهم‌ترین عامل دستیابی به کمال اجتماعی است، که با جهت‌بخشی به زندگی، حس خوشبختی و انسجام را به یک جامعه اعطا می‌نماید؛ انسجام جامعه سبب افزایش مقاومت عمومی در آینده خواهد شد. عنصر حسن اعتماد، اصلی‌ترین رکن سرمایه اجتماعی است که با توسعه مفهومی آن رشد مشارکت مدنی، در اداره حکومت را شاهد خواهیم بود. با توجه به مستندات اسلامی، حسن اعتماد، انسجام حکومت و توسعه اجتماعی جامعه و درنهایت افزایش مقاومت عمومی در برابر مشکلات پیش‌روی را در پی خواهد داشت و با فقدان دالِّ اعتماد مردمی، آسیب‌های اجتماعی شیوع بیشتری در جامعه خواهند داشت و بحران‌های اجتماعی در جامعه فراگیر خواهد شد و به‌تناسب در آینده با مقاومت عمومی تضعیف شده مواجه خواهیم شد.اعتماد در مرحله گذر از بحران‌های موجود و با تقویت مقاومت عمومی می‌تواند، به نحو موثری به آینده نظام اسلامی کمک می‌کند؛ و در ورودی و خروجی نظام، تصمیم‌گیری‌ها، الگوسازی‌ها، عملکردها و به‌عنوان یک عامل موثر پیشینی شمرده شود. بر دولت اسلامی شرط است که با رعایت مولفه‌های اعتماد ساز، مردم را با بدنه حکومت پیوند زده تا عنصر بی‌اعتمادی سبب تضعیف مقاومت مردم در برابر مشکلات اقتصادی و اجتماعی نگردد. از مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های اعتماد ساز در اندیشه امیرالمومنین، می‌توان به‌ضرورت پاسخ‌گویی، فروتنی، احترام به کرامت انسانی، خدمت‌گزاری اشاره نمود.

the function of social capital components in the future of public resistance from the perspective of amir al-momenin (as)

social capital is the most important factor in achieving social perfection, which provides a sense of happiness and cohesion to a society by giving direction to life; community cohesion will increase public resistance. the element of good trust is the main pillar of social capital, and with its conceptual development, we will witness the growth of civil participation in government administration. according to islamic documents, good trust will lead to the cohesion of the government and the social development of the society, and ultimately to the increase of public resistance against problems. it will become widespread in the society and will be weakened in proportion to public resistance. trust can effectively help the islamic system in the phase of overcoming existing crises and by strengthening public resistance; and in the input and output of the system, decisions, patterns, functions and be considered as an effective factor and lack of trust will lead to unrest and crisis in the society. it is a condition for the islamic government to connect the people with the government body by observing the trust-building components so that the element of mistrust does not weaken the people's resistance against economic and social problems. among the most important trust-building components in amir al-mu'minin's thought, we can mention the necessity of accountability, humility, respect for human dignity and service to the people.
