آینده‌ نگاری انتقال تکنولوژی در دانشگاه‌های سازمانی: پیشنهاد حرکت به سمت مکانیسم ‌های غیررسمی انتقال تکنولوژی مبتنی بر شبکه‌ سازی بینافردی همتا به ‌همتا (با تمرکز بر اتصال کوتاه)

انتقال تکنولوژی به معنای اتصال دانشگاه به سازمان‌ها، صنایع، دولت، جامعه و سایر بخش‌های خدمت‌گیرنده‌ی بیرونی، در جهت ارائه و عرضه‌ی دانش و فناوری تولیدشده در دانشگاه برای استفاده توسط کاربران و حل مسائل اجتماعی، همواره یکی از موضوعات مورد بحث و چالش‌برانگیز دانشگاه‌ها و جوامع بوده است. این موضوع، دوره‌های مختلفی را بر خود دیده است. در این پژوهش، برای تسهیل ارتباط دانشگاه سازمانی با کاربران بیرونی و به طور مشخص، سازمان متناسب با این دانشگاه، با استفاده از روش اقدام‌پژوهی در پنل خبرگانی، مدل کلی اکوسیستم ارتباطات یک دانشگاه سازمانی استخراج شده و مکانیسم‌های متصور، به چالش تجربه‌ی خبرگانی گذاشته شد. در نتیجه، 13 مکانیسم کلی برای انتقال تکنولوژی، استخراج شده و پیشنهاد آینده‌نگارانه برای مکانیسم انتقال تکنولوژی دانشگاه، مبتنی بر سه لایه‌ی اکوسیستمی انسانی، فرایندی و نهادی، ارائه شد. در این پیشنهاد، مکانیسم انتقال تکنولوژی مبتنی بر شبکه‌سازی غیررسمی همتابه‌هتا با تمرکز بر شکل‌دهی شبکه‌ای از اتصالات کوتاه به عنوان راه میان‌بر، در محوریت قرار گرفت و بقیه‌ی مکانیسم‌های دیگر، به عنوان مکانیسم‌های کمکی این مکانیسم، طرح شده‌اند.

technology transfer means connecting the university to organizations, industries, government, society and other external service sectors, in order to present and supply the knowledge and technology produced in the university for use by users and to solve social problems, it is always one of the most discussed and challenging issues of universities and it has been communities. this issue has seen different periods. in this research, in order to facilitate the communication of comprehensive university of imam hosein (as) with external users and specifically, the organization appropriate to this university, by using the action research method in the panel of experts, the general model of the university’s communication ecosystem was extracted and the envisaged mechanisms were put to the challenge of experts’ experience. as a result, 13 general mechanisms for technology transfer were extracted and a prospective proposal for university technology transfer mechanism based on three layers of human, process and institutional ecosystem was presented. in this proposal, the technology transfer mechanism based on peer-to-peer informal networking was the focus, and the rest of the other mechanisms are proposed as auxiliary mechanisms of this mechanism.
