طراحی مدل تصویر مطلوب فرماندهی در آینده در سازمان های فرهنگی نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران براساس روش تدبر در قرآن کریم

اشتراک انسان‌ها در خلقت و استعداد و عوامل گوناگون در مراحل رشد و تربیت باعث می‌شود که توان تعقل، مسیر رشد و قدرت تحلیل و تصمیم افراد یکسان نباشد. و از آنجایی که شایستگی‌های افراد در موضوعات گوناگون نسبت به یکدیگر متفاوت است از دیدگاه اسلام باید هر فردی در جایگاهی قرار بگیرد که شایستگی‌اش را داراست و در بین شایستگان آن کس که شایسته‌ترین است ارجح و مقدم است. ضرورت تحول و تعالی و پیشتازی فرماندهان و مدیران نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران به عنوان شایستگان حوزة ارزش‌های اسلامی امری بدیهی است، زیرا تحقق بخش مهمی از ارزش‌های والای انسانی و الهی در عرصة دفاع مقدس در گرو قابلیت‌ها و شایستگی‌های برجستة فرماندهان و مدیران مخلص نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. بنابراین لازم است فرماندهان و مدیران ارزشمند و مکتبی نیروهای مسلح برای تحقق رسالت مهم و الهیِ محوله آمادگی و شایستگی‌های سازمانی را در خود ایجاد کنند و با راهبری سازمان نیروهای مسلح به سمت سازمانی بصیر، منعطف، سبک، چابک، پویا و از خودگذشته آمادة انجام ماموریت‌های مربوط به صیانت از انقلاب اسلامی باشند. هدف اصلی این پژوهش کیفی طراحی مدل تصویر مطلوب فرماندهی در آینده در سازمانهای فرهنگی نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران براساس روش تدبر در قرآن کریم می باشد. بدین منظور مولفه های تصویر مطلوب فرماندهی در آینده براساس روش تدبر در قرآن کریم شناسایی و استخراج گردید.با توجه به نتایج تحقیق ابعاد رسالت های فرمانده، نقش ها اجتماعی، ویژگی های شخصیتی، مولفه های مدیریتی، ویژگی های تخصصی شناسایی گردید.

objective:the sharing of human beings in creation and talent and various factors in the stages of growth and education causes that the ability of reasoning, the growth path and the power of analysis and decision of people are not the same. and since the merits of individuals are different from each other in various matters, from the point of view of islam, each person should be placed in a position that he deserves, and among the merits, the one who is the most worthy is preferred and foremost. it is obvious that the commanders and managers of the armed forces of the islamic republic of iran should be transformed, excelled, and lead as worthy of the domain of islamic values, because the realization of an important part of high human and divine values ​​in the field of holy defense depends on the outstanding abilities and merits of the sincere commanders and managers of the armed forces. it is the islamic republic of iran. therefore, it is necessary for the valuable and scholarly commanders and managers of the armed forces to realize the important and divinely assigned mission and to create organizational skills in themselves and to lead the organization of the armed forces towards a visionary, flexible, light, agile, dynamic and dedicated organization. the missions are related to the protection of the islamic revolution. the main goal of this qualitative research is to design a model of the ideal image of the command in the future in the cultural organizations of the armed forces of the islamic republic of iran based on the method of deliberation in the holy quran. for this purpose, the components of the desired image of the commander in the future were identified and extracted based on the method of contemplation in the holy quran.accordingto the results of the research, the dimensions of the commander's missions, social roles, personality characteristics, management components, and specialized characteristics were identified.
