واکاوی آینده‌پژوهانه افول قدرت آمریکا در هندسه نظم نوین جهانی به روش تحلیل لایه‌ای علت‌ها

پس از فروپاشی اتحاد جماهیر شوروی سابق، آمریکا خود را به‌عنوان قدرت اول جهان معرفی و با برتری قابل‌توجه در عرصه سیاسی، نظامی و اقتصادی توانست موقعیت مسلطی در عرصه بینالمللی بهدست آورد، اما در حال حاضر، نشانه‌هایی مبتنی بر افول سیاسی این کشور قابل مشاهده است. از این‌رو پژوهش حاضر با روش آینده‌پژوهانه تحلیل لایه‌لایه‌ای علت‌ها و به‌صورت اکتشافی به‌دنبال شناسایی علل افول قدرت آمریکا در هندسه نظم نوین جهانی است. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی به‌صورت آمیخته (کیفی و کمی) است که داده‌های آن با بررسی اسناد، مدارک و مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و همچنین مصاحبه به‌صورت برگزاری دو پنل خبرگی گردآوری شده است. رویکرد پژوهش استفاده از روش آینده‌پژوهی تحلیل لایه‌ای علت‌ها است. نتایج مصاحبه‌ها و مطالعات کیفی به‌صورت پرسشنامه محقق ساخت در اختیار جامعه 73 نفره از صاحب‌نظران و خبرگان مدنظر قرار گرفت. داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده با استفاده از روش‌های آماری و بهره‌گیری از نرم‌افزار spss تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. یافته‌های پژوهش 47 علل را نشان داد که 17 علت در سطح لایه لیتانی، 10 علت در سطح لایه نظام‌های علّی (اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی)، 11 علت در سطح لایه گفتمان و جهان‌بینی و در نهایت 9 علت در سطح لایه استعاره‌ها و اسطوره‌ها هستند که به‌عنوان علل موثر افول قدرت آمریکا در هندسه نظم نوین جهانی تلقی می‌شوند.

futuristic analysis of the decline of american power in the geometry of the new world order by the method of casual layered analysis

objective: after the collapse of the former soviet union, the united states introduced itself as the first power in the world and was able to gain a dominant position in the international arena with significant superiority in the political, military and economic fields, but currently, signs based on the political decline of this country are visible. is. therefore, the current research, with the future oriented method of layer by layer analysis of the causes and in an exploratory way, seeks to identify the causes of the decline of american power in the geometry of the new world order. the research is of mixed applied type (qualitative and quantitative) and its data has been collected by reviewing documents, documents and library studies as well as interviews by holding two expert panels. the research approach is to use the future research method of layered analysis of causes. the results of interviews and qualitative studies were considered in the form of a researcher made questionnaire at the disposal of a community of 73 experts. the collected data were analyzed using statistical methods and spss software. the findings of the research showed 47 causes, of which 17 causes are at the level of litany, 10 are at the level of causal systems (social, economic and cultural), 11 are at the level of discourse and worldview, and finally 9 are at the level of metaphors and myths. which are considered as the effective causes of the decline of american power in the geometry of the new world order.
