امکان‌سنجی تبیین سازه‌انگارانه پدیده «پیاده‌روی اربعین» و لزوم بازاندیشی فرانظری/ نظری دانش روابط بین‌الملل در فهم جهان آینده

پس از سقوط صدام و اضمحلال رژیم بعث در سال 2003 ، گردهمایی پیاده روی اربعین که در تمام سال های حکمرانی دولت های ضدشیعه عراق هم به رغم تمام محدودیت ها و موانع تداوم یافته بود، دوباره با گستردگی روزافزون برگزار شد. پُرواضح است که بر اساس منطق حاکم بر دانش روابط بینالملل پدیده ای با این ابعاد به عنوان رویدادی جهانی باید در چارچوب این دانش مدرن تبیین شود. هیچکدام از رهیافت‌های نظری موجود نمی‌توانند به نحوی بایسته به تبیین این رویداد جهان‌گستر که هویت‌های متکثر را در ذیل سامانه معنایی ایجادشده از تقاطع «عقل قدسی» با «عشق حقیقی»، مجتمع کرده است، بپردازند. این نقصان اگرچه در رویکردهای جریان اصلی روابط بین‌الملل به وضوح قابل رویت است، اما در رویکردهای میانی، انتقادی و اعتراضی هم دیده می شود. اگرچه در رویکردهای میانی، انتقادی و اعتراضی تلاشی برای حل این نقصان صورت گرفته اما واقعیت آن است که از یکسو به دلیل خلاء نگرش چند مرتبه‌ای به مولفه «عقل» و تقلیل فهم موضوعات در قالب «عقل ابزاری» و «عقل متعارف» و از سوی دیگر به دلیل عاری بودن این دانش از رویکردهای عرفانی و بی‌توجهی به مولفه «عشق»، لزوم بازاندیشی در نظریه روابط بین‌الملل برای فهم بهتر جهان آینده کاملاً احساس می‌شود.

objective: after the fall of saddam and the collapse of the ba'ath regime in 2003, the arbaeen walk gathering, which had continued in all the years of the rule of theanti shia governments in iraq, despite all the restrictions and obstacles, was held again with an ever increasing scope. it is clear that based on the logic governingthe knowledge of international relations, phenomena with these dimensions must be explained as a global event within the framework of this modern knowledge.none of the existing theoretical approaches can adequately explain this global event that has integrated multiple identities under the semantic system created by the intersection of holy reason and true love. although this deficiency is clearly visible in the mainstream approaches of international relations, it can also be seen in the middle, critical and protest approaches. although an attempt has been made to solve this shortcoming in the middle, critical and protesting approaches, the fact is that on the one hand, due to the vacuum of attitude towards the component of reason and the reduction of the understanding of subjects in the form of instrumental reason and finally conventional reason and neglecting holy wisdom and on the other hand due to the fact that thisknowledge is devoid of mystical approaches and neglecting the component of true love, the need to rethink the theory of international relations for a betterunderstanding of the future world is fully felt.
