تصویر سازمان مطلوب در تمدن نوین اسلامی

یکی از موضوعات مهم در تمدن نوین اسلامی سازمان مطلوب و ویژگی‌های آن است. دلایل عقلی و نقلی زیادی در اهمیت سازمان و تشکیلات ذکر شده‌ است که به‌عنوان نمونه می‌توان به بخشی از بیانات مقام معظم رهبری(مدظله‌العالی) در این رابطه اشاره کرد «تشکیلات یکی از فرائض هر گروه مردمی است که یک هدفی را دنبال می‌کنند. تشکیلات یعنی نظم، یعنی تقسیم وظایف، یعنی ارتباط و اتصال و زنجیره‌ای کارکردن؛ این معنای تشکیلات است. این چیزی است که نه فقط بد نیست، بلکه یک چیز خوب و بلکه یک چیز ضروری است. هیچ کاری در دنیا بدون تشکیلات پیش نمی‌رود. انقلاب اسلامی ایران هم بدون تشکیلات پیش نرفت و پیروز نشد». روش مورداستفاده در این پژوهش، مرور بر ادبیات و همچنین استفاده از روش کیفی تحلیل گفتمان و تحلیل اسناد است. برای رسیدن به تمدن نوین اسلامی و در تمدن نوین اسلامی، آموزه‌های اسلامی پایه و اساس تمام حوزه‌ها بوده و داشتن تصویری درست از حوزه‌های مختلف، یک امر لازم به‌منظور طی صحیح این مسیر خواهد بود. مراجعه به آیات و سیره اهل بیت(علیهم‌السلام) به‌عنوان معدنی غنی و سرشار از معارف در ترسیم این تصاویر امری ضروری و واجب است. در این پژوهش با مراجعه به منابع مختلف علمی و بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در حوزه سازمان مطلوب، سعی شده‌ است تا تصویری از این حوزه در تمدن نوین اسلامی در ابعاد پنج‌گانه پیشنهادی، هدف و چشم‌انداز،‌ ساختار سازمانی و منابع انسانی، مدیریت و رهبری، فضا و محیط و فرهنگ سازمانی، ارائه شود.

the image of desirable organization in new islamic civilization

one of the important issues in new islamic civilization is the desired organization and its characteristics. there are many rational and narrative reasons for the importance of organization and formations, for example, we can refer to a part of the supreme leader’s speeches in this regard: &formations is one of the duties of any group of people who pursue a goal. formations means order, it means division of tasks, it means communication and chain of work; this is the meaning of formations. this is not just a bad thing, but a good thing and a necessary thing. nothing in the world goes without formations. &the islamic revolution of iran did not proceed without formations and did not win.& the method used in this research is literature review and also the use of qualitative methods of discourse analysis and document analysis. in order to reach the new islamic civilization and in the new islamic civilization, islamic teachings are the basis of all fields and having a correct picture of different fields will be a necessary thing in order to follow this path correctly. reference to the verses and manners of the ahl al-bayt as a mineral rich and rich in knowledge in drawing these images is necessary and obligatory. by referring to various scientific sources and statements of the supreme leader in the field of desirable organization, an attempt has been made to give an image of this field in the new islamic civilization in five proposed dimensions, purpose and perspective, organizational structure and human resources, management and leadership, provide space, environment and organizational culture.
