. in this paper, we introduce the t-extension of the p-fibonacci matrix and give a factorizationof the pascal matrix involving the t-extension of the p-fibonacci matrix. also, we obtain some results on the relations between the stirling matrix of the second kind and the 1-extension of the p-fibonacci matrix
