سیاست جنایی پیشگیرانه ایران در قبال جرائم و تخلفات ورزش پاورلیفتینگ

زمینه و هدف: ورزش پاورلیفتینگ به‌عنوان ورزشی نوپا، اساسی‌ترین ابزار تربیت در ارتقاء سطح سلامت جسمانی، روحی و روانی افراد به شمار می رود که ورزشکاران را وادار می‌کند تا از آن به‌عنوان ابزار هویت در جامعه استفاده نموده و به کمک آن، شهروندانی هم‌تراز داشته باشند. سیاست جنایی پیشگیرانه از جرائم و تخلفات ورزشی و نیز اصلاح و درمان بزه کاران ورزشی، رویه‌های متفاوتی اتخاذ نموده و علاوه بر قواعد قانونی، قضایی، اجرایی، سرکوب و واکنش‌های کیفری، با استفاده از مولفه‌هایی خاص، علت‌یابی، رمزیابی، سازمان‌دهی و تجزیه‌وتحلیل را نیز سازمان می‌دهد.روش تحقیق: روش تحقیق با توجه به ماهیت و روش کار ما، توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده که اطلاعات آن به شیوه اسنادی سنتی بر منابع معتبر است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که جرائم و تخلفات ورزشی، نقش اساسی در اخلال امنیت و نظم جامعه دارند و نادیده گرفتن این جرائم ورزشی می‌تواند لطمات جبران‌ناپذیری به آرمان های اساسی کشور وارد آورد. مداخله دولت می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک اهرم کارساز در تامین امنیت، آگاهی بخش اشخاص، جلوگیری کننده از حوادث ورزشی و آشنا کردن آن‌ها با قوانین حقوقی، آرمانی باشد.

iran's criminal policy in the field of reducing powerlifting sports crimes and violations

background and purpose: powerlifting is considered a new sport, the most basic education tool in improurig the level of physical, mental and paychological health of people and it forces ath letes to be cised a guiding tool in the scociety so that can have equal citizens. the prerventtivq criminal policy of sports crimes and violations, as well as the correcti on and crement of sport offenders, adopts different proced ures. in edition to leyal rles, it organizes judicial, enecatire supperssion with the components of causality, identification organzation and analysis.research methodology: considering the nature of the work, lnisresearch is descrrptive – analytical, the if information of which is based on reliable sources.findings: the findings indicate that sports crimes and violations play an essential role in disrupting the socity and and ignoring these crimes and sportviolations can cause irreparable damage to the basic elements of the country. the intervention of the government as an effective lever in providing security informing people and preventing sports accidents and familiarizing them with legal laws can be ideal.
