پردازش زبان طبیعی و تحلیل داده‌های حقوقی در پرونده‌ها و گزارش پزشکی قانونی با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی

در این مقاله، اثر پردازش متون حقوقی، گزارش ‌ها و شرح پرونده جنایی با استفاده از «پردازشگر زبان طبیعی » آغاز شده و نهایتاً تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی بررسی گردیده است. بر این اساس، ایده‌هایی جهت ایجاد یک نظام موثر از تلفیق بین حقوق، تکنولوژی و پزشکی با هدف بهبود روند کار در سازمان پزشکی قانونی ارائه شده است. در قسمت اول از این مقاله، با بررسی پردازش زبان طبیعی به عنوان یکی از شاخه‌های پرطرفدار هوش مصنوعی، اطلاعاتی جهت بررسی متون مربوط به پزشکی قانونی ارائه شده است. همچنین، به مشکلات احتمالی از پردازش پرونده‌های مذکور نیز اشاره گردیده است. درنهایت، سه روش جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها ارائه گردیده که در حال حاضر در حوزه حقوقی و قراردادی در برخی از کشورها در حال پیاده‌سازی است. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات مندرج در این مقاله، ترکیبی از 50 مقاله، کتاب و گزارش در حوزه کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی، اعم از برخی مقالات مرتبط دانشگاه استنفورد در بخش آینده حقوق ، مقالات فارسی در حوزه مسئولیت مدنی ناشی از اعمال هوش مصنوعی (جهت ارائه روش موثر و قانونی به سازمان پزشکی قانونی) و گزارش‌های مربوط به سازمان پزشکی قانونی طی سال‌های اخیر، مطالعه شده و در پایان، ترکیبی از 12 مقاله و کتاب جهت نگارش این مقاله استفاده گردیده ‌است.

in this article, the effect of processing legal texts, reports and descriptions of criminal cases using a natural language processor at the beginning and finally analyzing the data obtained using artificial intelligence are examined and ideas to create an effective system of combining law, technology and medicine are provided to improve the work process in the forensic organization. in the first part of this article, by examining natural language processing, which is one of the most popular branches of artificial intelligence, information is provided to review forensic texts. possible problems with the processing of these cases have also been pointed out. finally, three methods for data analysis are presented, which are currently being implemented in the legal and contractual fields in some countries in order to collect the information contained in this article, a combination of 50 articles, books and reports in the field of applications of artificial intelligence, including some related articles at stanford university in the future law, persian articles in the field of civil liability due to artificial intelligence (to provide effective legal methods to the forensic medicine organization), and finally the recent reports related to the forensic medicine organization have been studied; ultimately, a combination of 12 articles and books has been used to write this article.
