سیاست جنایی مشارکتی ایران در زمینه‌ کاهش جرائم و تخلفات ورزشی

ورزش از دیرباز تاکنون به ‌عنوان اساسی‌ ترین ابزار تربیت در ارتقاء سطح سلامت جسمانی، روحی و روانی افراد جامعه مطرح بوده و نهادهای اثرگذار در هر کشور را بدان وا‌داشته تا از آن به‌عنوان ابزار هدایت عامه بهره‌ گیرند و به کمک آن، شهروندان هم‌ترازی داشته باشند. این پژوهش با توجه به ماهیت و روش انجام کار، توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده که اطلاعات آن به شیوه‌ اسنادی و مبتنی بر منابع معتبر علمی گردآوری شده است. بررسی و مطالعه‌ نقش سیاست جنایی مشارکتی ایران در زمینه‌ کاهش جرائم و تخلفات ورزشی نشان می‌دهد سیاست جنایی مشارکتی، یک سیاست جنایی همراه با مشارکت جامعه‌ مدنی است که با مشارکت دادن مردم به‌عنوان یکی از پتانسیل‌های مهم در جامعه می‌تواند جرائم و تخلفات ورزشی را کنترل و کاهش دهد. ازجمله راهکارهای موثر در تقویت نقش‌پذیری و مشارکت مردم، آشنا‌سازی بیشتر افراد جامعه با اهداف و مبانی اصولی سیاست جنایی مشارکتی در چگونگی کاهش جرائم و تخلفات ورزشی از طریق تعامل با رسانه‌های جمعی است. این راهکار منجر به از بین رفتن ضعف فرهنگی موجود در توسعه مشارکت‌پذیری می‌‌شود.
