اصول اخلاقی تربیت متعاطیان حکمرانی اسلامی از منظر نهج البلاغه

اخلاق یکی از محوری‌ترین ارکان جامعه به‌حساب می‌آید؛ انبیاء الهی مبعوث شدند تا اخلاق را در عالم فراگیر نمایند چنانکه پیامبر گرامی اسلام(صلی الله علیه و آله) هدف مبعوث شدنشان را تکمیل کردن مکارم اخلاق بیان می‌کنند؛ بنیانگذار انقلاب اسلامی ایران امام خمینی(رحمه الله علیه) نیز در آثار خود توجه ویژه‌ای به مسئله‌ی اخلاق دارند تا جایی که حتی در کتب فقهی‌ای مثل تحریر- الوسیله نیز مسائل اخلاقی را مورد بحث و بررسی قرار می‌دهند؛ از طرفی بر اساس اندیشه امامین انقلاب اسلامی تحقق حکومت اسلامی شرط لازم رسیدن به تمدن اسلامی است و روشن است که رکن اصلی حکومت اسلامی؛ متعاطیان حکمرانی و مدیران حکومت هستند به این معنا که تا شرایط برای تربیت حکمرانان و مدیران در جامعه‌ی اسلامی مهیا نشود حکومت اسلامی ایجاد نخواهد شد؛ کتاب شریف نهج البلاغه به این مساله به‌طور ویژه پرداخته است تا جایی که امیرالمومنین علیه السلام در عهدنامه مالک اشتر در کنار هر دستور حکومتی یک یا چند دستور تربیتی اخلاقی دارند؛ در این نوشتار سعی شده است که با روش تحلیل مضمون اصول تربیتی حکمرانی اسلامی از منظر نهج البلاغه در قالب سه مهارت مبنایی-شناختی و مهارت رفتاری و مهارت معنوی تبیین گردد تا سهمی هرچند ناچیز در پیشبرد منویات مقام معظم رهبری(حفظه الله) در زمینه تحقق تمدن اسلامی داشته باشد؛ و در انتها این مهارت‌ها در قالب یک جدول ارائه می‌گردد.سوال اصلی(یا هدف اصلی)هدف اصلی در این مقاله بیان شاخصه‌های مهم اخلاقی برای بسترسازی حکمرانی اسلامی با محوریت متعاطیان این امر از منظر نهج‌‌البلاغه می‌باشد.در این نوشتار سعی شده که اصول اخلاقی مهمی که لازمه حکمرانی اسلامی است و در نهج البلاغه روی آن تاکید شده است احصاء گردد؛ با این رویکرد که تا زمانی که توجه ویژه به تغییر در ساحت درونی آحاد جامعه برای تربیت متعاطیان حکمرانی صورت نگیرد تغییر در ساحت اجتماع بما هو اجتماع ممکن نخواهد بود؛ بر همین اساس بررسی قواعد اخلاقی از منظر نهج البلاغه می‌تواند افقی نو در این راستا پیش روی محققین قرار دهد.

morality is considered one of the most central pillars of society; god'sprophets were sent to spread morality in the world, as the beloved prophet ofislam (peace be upon him) stated that the purpose of being sent was to completethe virtues of morality; the founder of the islamic revolution of iran, imamkhomeini (may god have mercy on him) also pays special attention to the issueof ethics in his works to the extent that even in jurisprudential books such astahrir al-wasila, moral issues are discussed and investigated. on the other hand,according to the thought of the imams of the islamic revolution, the realization ofthe islamic government is a necessary condition for reaching the islamiccivilization, and it is clear that the main pillar of the islamic government; thoseinvolved in governance are the managers of the government, in the sense that theislamic government will not be established until the conditions for the training ofthe rulers and managers in the islamic society are provided. the sharif book ofnahj ol-balagheh has dealt with this issue in a special way to the extent thatamirul momineen, peace be upon him, in malik ashtar's testament, has one ormore moral education orders in addition to every government order; in this article,an attempt has been made to explain the educational principles of islamicgovernance from the perspective of nahj al-balagheh in the form of three basiccognitive skills, behavioral skills, and spiritual skills, in order to make a smallcontribution in advancing the wishes of the supreme leader (may god bless himand grant him peace) in the field of realization. have islamic civilization; and atthe end, these skills are presented in the form of a table.main question (or main goal): the main purpose of this article is to express theimportant moral indicators for the foundation of islamic governance with thefocus on those involved in this matter from the point of view of nahjol-balagha.in this article, an attempt has been made to enumerate the important moralprinciples that are necessary for islamic governance and which are emphasized innahj al-balagha; with this approach, until special attention is paid to the changein the internal sphere of the members of the society to educate the subjects ofgovernance, it will not be possible to change the sphere of the society, includingthe society; based on this, the examination of moral rules from the perspective ofnahj al-balagheh can provide researchers with a new horizon in this direction.
